單相兩級(jí)式光伏并網(wǎng)逆變器的研究

【摘要】:太陽(yáng)能光伏發(fā)電是太陽(yáng)能利用的一種重要形式,是采用太陽(yáng)能電池將光能轉(zhuǎn)換為電能的發(fā)電方式,而且隨著技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,光伏發(fā)電是最具發(fā)展前景的發(fā)電技術(shù)之一。本文以單相光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電逆變系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤方法與并網(wǎng)逆變控制策略等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入的研究。 本文首先分析對(duì)比了兩類單相光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),在確定采用雙極式拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)系統(tǒng)整體的控制方案作了闡述,并對(duì)兩種整體控制方案各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的探討。 其次,建立了光伏電池的仿真模型,闡明了光伏陣列的輸出特性,分析對(duì)比了三種常用最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤方法,并采用了變步長(zhǎng)綜合最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤控制法,通過(guò)仿真驗(yàn)證了其方法的優(yōu)越性。 再次,概述了基于電網(wǎng)電壓定向的電壓電流雙閉環(huán)的并網(wǎng)逆變控制策略,建立的其相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,針對(duì)三種常用全橋逆變SPWM調(diào)制方式,通過(guò)仿真進(jìn)行了分析與對(duì)比;在Matlab/Simulink仿真環(huán)境下,創(chuàng)建了單相兩級(jí)式光伏并網(wǎng)逆變系統(tǒng)的仿真模仿,驗(yàn)證了控制策略的可行性。 最后,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)硬件與軟件,搭建了單相兩級(jí)式光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái);在此平臺(tái)上,進(jìn)行了不同最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤控制方法的對(duì)比性實(shí)驗(yàn)與模擬并網(wǎng)逆變實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果充分驗(yàn)證了所設(shè)計(jì)的單相兩極光伏并網(wǎng)逆變系統(tǒng)的可行性。
[Abstract]:Solar photovoltaic power generation is an important form of solar energy utilization, is the use of solar cells to convert light energy to electricity generation, and with the development of technology, Photovoltaic generation is one of the most promising generation technologies. In this paper, single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system is taken as the research object, and the topology of grid-connected photovoltaic system is discussed. The maximum power point tracking method and grid-connected inverter control strategy are studied in detail. In this paper, the topology of two kinds of single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected system is analyzed and compared. On the basis of determining the bipolar topology, the overall control scheme of the system is described. The advantages and disadvantages of the two control schemes are discussed systematically. Secondly, the simulation model of photovoltaic cell is established, the output characteristics of photovoltaic array are clarified, three common maximum power point tracking methods are analyzed and compared, and the variable step size integrated maximum power point tracking control method is adopted. The superiority of the method is verified by simulation. Thirdly, this paper summarizes the voltage and current double closed-loop grid-connected inverter control strategy based on voltage orientation of power network, establishes its corresponding mathematical model, and analyzes and compares three common full-bridge inverter SPWM modulation methods through simulation. The simulation simulation of single-phase two-stage photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system is established in the Matlab/Simulink simulation environment, and the feasibility of the control strategy is verified. Finally, the hardware and software of photovoltaic grid-connected system are designed and implemented, and the experimental platform of single-phase two-stage photovoltaic grid-connected system is built. Comparative experiments and simulated grid-connected inverter experiments with different maximum power point tracking control methods are carried out. The experimental results fully verify the feasibility of the designed single-phase bipolar photovoltaic grid-connected inverter system.
