光伏并網(wǎng)逆變器控制策略及最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:太陽能發(fā)電是近年倍受關(guān)注的新能源發(fā)電形式之一,它既保護(hù)了環(huán)境又節(jié)約了能源。其中光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電作為最主要的太陽能發(fā)電形式,目前有著非常好的發(fā)展前景和趨勢(shì)。在光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中,并網(wǎng)逆變器是最重要的組成單元,其性能的優(yōu)劣決定著整個(gè)系統(tǒng)多個(gè)方面的工作效率。到目前為止,國內(nèi)外已對(duì)光伏并網(wǎng)逆變器進(jìn)行了大量的研究和應(yīng)用,但是其中一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)還未得到更好的解決。本課題將針對(duì)這些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入的研究。分析了幾種傳統(tǒng)的光伏最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤(Maximum Power Point Tracking,MPPT)控制算法,并就其共同存在的振蕩和誤判問題,提出了一種新的MPPT控制算法——基于功率預(yù)測(cè)的變步長擾動(dòng)觀測(cè)法。在PSIM中搭建了光伏MPPT仿真模型,通過對(duì)比新型MPPT控制算法與傳統(tǒng)控制算法的跟蹤效果來進(jìn)行理論驗(yàn)證。并網(wǎng)逆變器作為光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中最重要的組成單元,其拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和控制策略的選擇也是至關(guān)重要的。本課題選用輸出波形正弦度高的三電平中點(diǎn)箝位(簡稱NPC三電平)逆變器拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和恒功率控制(PQ)策略,并詳細(xì)分析了它們的工作原理。然后基于NPC三電平拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)建立不同坐標(biāo)系下的三相逆變器數(shù)學(xué)模型,并采用比例積分控制(PI)和正弦脈寬調(diào)制(SPWM)技術(shù)相結(jié)合的控制方法來實(shí)現(xiàn)逆變器的控制。最后,在PSIM中建立了三相光伏并網(wǎng)逆變器仿真模型,通過合理設(shè)置實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)進(jìn)行逆變器拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和控制策略的仿真,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明本課題選用的光伏并網(wǎng)逆變器拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和控制策略的正確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Solar power generation is one of the new forms of energy generation, which not only protects the environment but also saves energy, among which grid-connected photovoltaic power generation is the most important form of solar power generation. In photovoltaic grid-connected generation system, grid-connected inverter is the most important component unit, and its performance determines the efficiency of the whole system in many aspects. Photovoltaic grid-connected inverters have been studied and applied extensively at home and abroad. However, some of the key technologies have not been solved better. In this paper, we will study these key technologies and analyze several traditional maximum Power Point tracking (MPPT) control algorithms. A new MPPT control algorithm, variable step size perturbation observation method based on power prediction, is proposed to solve the common oscillation and misjudgment problems. A photovoltaic MPPT simulation model is built in PSIM. By comparing the tracking effect of the new MPPT control algorithm with the traditional control algorithm, the grid-connected inverter is regarded as the most important unit in the photovoltaic grid-connected system. The choice of topology and control strategy is also very important. In this paper, we choose the three-level neutral point clamp (NPC) inverter topology with high sinusoidal output waveform and the constant power control strategy. Then based on the three-level topology of NPC, the mathematical model of three-phase inverter in different coordinate system is established. The proportional integral control (Pi) and sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technology are used to control the inverter. Finally, the simulation model of three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is established in PSIM. The topology structure and control strategy of the inverter are simulated by setting the experimental parameters reasonably. The experimental results show that the topology structure and control strategy of the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter selected in this paper are correct and effective.
