電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和智能電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化水平的大幅提高,,電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全越來(lái)越受到重視。它涉及到調(diào)度系統(tǒng)方方面面的區(qū)域,每個(gè)區(qū)域都有不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、威脅以及解決方法,并且威脅與安全之間的較量是動(dòng)態(tài)的沒(méi)有終止的。 本文從電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀入手,首先剖析了電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)潛在的安全威脅和基本防護(hù)原則,然后根據(jù)電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的新技術(shù)和新標(biāo)準(zhǔn),依據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次理論和電力二次系統(tǒng)安全防護(hù)要求,從主站和廠站兩個(gè)角度設(shè)計(jì)出一種新的調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)安全防護(hù)方案CSSDA,從而建立起全安全的調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)安全防護(hù)架構(gòu)。首先從硬件角度來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全防護(hù)方案,詳細(xì)給出防護(hù)方案中硬件架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),然后介紹了安全防護(hù)產(chǎn)品在防護(hù)方案中的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。給出了防火墻和安全隔離裝置這兩種重要的安全防護(hù)產(chǎn)品在電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),確保硬件設(shè)計(jì)中邊界明確,不留死角。接下來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)了電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)軟件,文中確定了常用的Windows、Aix、Linux操作系統(tǒng)在安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)中的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)和Oracle和SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)在安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)中的配置。最后,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)的主要功能,從滄州某站的試運(yùn)行來(lái)看,效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology and the improvement of dispatching automation level of smart grid, more and more attention has been paid to the network security of power dispatching automation system. Each region has different risks, threats, and solutions, and the battle between threats and security is dynamic and endless. Starting with the current situation of power dispatching automation system, this paper first analyzes the potential security threats and basic protection principles of power dispatching automation system, and then according to the new technology and new standard of power dispatching automation system, According to the network hierarchy theory and the security protection requirements of the secondary power system, This paper designs a new security protection scheme of dispatching automation system CSSDAfrom two aspects of master station and factory station, and establishes the security protection architecture of all-safe dispatching automation system. Firstly, the automatic dispatching system is designed from the point of view of hardware. Network security protection scheme, The hardware architecture design of the protection scheme is given in detail. Then it introduces the design and realization of security protection products in the protection scheme, and gives the design and implementation of two important security protection products, firewall and security isolating device, in the electric power dispatching automation security protection system. Make sure the hardware design has clear boundary and no dead angle. Then we design the security protection system software of electric power dispatching automation system. In this paper, the design and implementation of the commonly used Windows Linux operating system and the configuration of the Oracle and SQLServer databases in the security protection system are determined. Finally, the main functions of the power dispatching automation security protection system are realized. From the Cangzhou station trial operation, the effect is good.
