基于MATLAB的永磁同步電機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)磁網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析軟件的開發(fā)與聯(lián)合仿真

【摘要】:針對(duì)電機(jī)初步設(shè)計(jì)與驗(yàn)證階段的需求,基于動(dòng)態(tài)磁網(wǎng)絡(luò)的電機(jī)電磁性能分析方法結(jié)合了傳統(tǒng)等效磁路方法和有限元方法的優(yōu)勢(shì)。以等效磁網(wǎng)絡(luò)剖分為基礎(chǔ),避免了等效磁路方法中大量的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式和假設(shè)的應(yīng)用,有效提高了計(jì)算精度;以等效磁通管為基本單元,相對(duì)于有限元分析方法減小了網(wǎng)格剖分的數(shù)量,縮短了計(jì)算所需的時(shí)間,節(jié)約了計(jì)算資源。 本文以一臺(tái)600kW永磁同步電機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,基于動(dòng)態(tài)磁網(wǎng)絡(luò)原理,建立了永磁同步電機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)磁網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,分析了非均勻氣隙等效磁導(dǎo)的幾何求解方法,并在MATLAB編程環(huán)境中設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了永磁同步電機(jī)動(dòng)態(tài)磁網(wǎng)絡(luò)仿真分析軟件。 利用該分析軟件,對(duì)永磁同步電機(jī)空載特性進(jìn)行仿真,比較分析轉(zhuǎn)子分段斜極對(duì)削弱定子齒諧波的作用,并與有限元分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,驗(yàn)證了動(dòng)態(tài)磁網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析軟件的高效性與準(zhǔn)確性。 基于凍結(jié)磁導(dǎo)率方法,利用該分析軟件對(duì)永磁同步電機(jī)交直軸感應(yīng)電感隨電機(jī)飽和程度的變化進(jìn)行了研究,分析了電機(jī)不同工況下電樞交直軸電流變化對(duì)電感的影響。在動(dòng)態(tài)參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)電機(jī)負(fù)載穩(wěn)態(tài)運(yùn)行特性進(jìn)行了分析. 在動(dòng)態(tài)磁網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析軟件的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了該軟件與永磁同步電機(jī)Simulink控制系統(tǒng)模型的接口,并分別采用id=0矢量控制方法與最大轉(zhuǎn)矩-電流比矢量控制方法進(jìn)行了聯(lián)合仿真,論述了最大轉(zhuǎn)矩-電流比控制在凸極同步電機(jī)控制中的優(yōu)勢(shì),并對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)參數(shù)模型與恒定參數(shù)模型的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較分析。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of the preliminary design and verification of the motor, the electromagnetic performance analysis method based on the dynamic magnetic network combines the advantages of the traditional equivalent magnetic circuit method and the finite element method. The application of many empirical formulas and hypotheses in the equivalent magnetic circuit method is avoided, and the calculation accuracy is improved effectively, and the number of mesh generation is reduced compared with the finite element analysis method, and the equivalent flux tube is used as the basic element. The time required for calculation is shortened and computing resources are saved. In this paper, a 600kW permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is studied. Based on the principle of dynamic magnetic network, the dynamic magnetic network model of PMSM is established, and the geometric solution method of non-uniform air-gap equivalent magnetic conductance is analyzed. The simulation software of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) dynamic magnetic network is designed and developed in MATLAB programming environment. By using this analysis software, the no-load characteristics of PMSM are simulated, and the effect of rotor segment inclined pole on weakening stator tooth harmonics is compared and compared with the finite element analysis results. The efficiency and accuracy of the dynamic magnetic network analysis software are verified. Based on the method of frozen permeability, the variation of induction inductance of PMSM with the saturation of PMSM is studied by using the software. The influence of armature current variation on inductance under different operating conditions is analyzed. On the basis of dynamic parameters, the steady operation characteristics of motor load are analyzed. Based on the dynamic magnetic network analysis software, the interface between the software and the Simulink control system model of PMSM is designed, and the id=0 vector control method and the maximum torque / current-current ratio vector control method are used to carry out the joint simulation, respectively. The advantages of maximum torque to current ratio control in salient synchronous motor control are discussed, and the results of dynamic parameter model and constant parameter model are compared and analyzed.
