電梯用外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電動機的設(shè)計與研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會中,電梯與人們生活緊密相連。電梯曳引電機,其性能直接影響電梯的起動、制動、加減速度等指標。外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電動機作為電梯驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)無齒輪曳引電機具有很多顯著的優(yōu)點,,特別是它具有效率高,機械噪音小,動態(tài)響應(yīng)快,體積小的優(yōu)點,因此其應(yīng)用制造越來越廣泛。 首先分析外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電動機的雙層短距分數(shù)槽繞組理論,分數(shù)槽可以降低齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩,并設(shè)計繞組連接方案。然后根據(jù)永磁同步電動機設(shè)計方法,進行設(shè)計兩臺外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電動機。使用磁路計算方法,進行初步估算電機的電磁參數(shù)。通過電磁場仿真軟件Ansoft建立電動機的有限元模型,進行磁場計算,再根據(jù)場算參數(shù)空載漏磁系數(shù)等修正路算公式中的系數(shù),完善電機設(shè)計結(jié)果。分別對兩臺電機進行了仿真分析,分別對比電機空載、負載運行數(shù)據(jù),得出較好的設(shè)計方案。將方案一電機性能與已制造電機進行的測試結(jié)果對比,并進行誤差分析,證明電機設(shè)計的可行性。 然后使用MATLAB對所設(shè)計電機進行氣隙磁密諧波的傅里葉分解,得到基波和諧波幅值,其中3次,5次,7次諧波較大。詳細分析偏心磁極法削弱氣隙磁密諧波的原理,得到氣隙磁密偏心磁極時徑向充磁或者平行充磁時的表達式,并使用解析方法計算出較好的偏心距。根據(jù)所得較好的偏心距,分別仿真偏心距h為45、47、50、53mm時的氣隙磁密的諧波,經(jīng)過計算對比,得出準確的電機性能較好的偏心距,證明結(jié)果的有效性,使電梯用外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電機運行更加平穩(wěn)。
[Abstract]:In modern society, elevators are closely connected with people's lives. The performance of elevator traction motors directly affects the starting and braking of elevators. The external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as a gearless traction motor of elevator drive system has many advantages, especially it has the advantages of high efficiency, low mechanical noise, fast dynamic response and small volume. Therefore, its application manufacturing is more and more extensive. The theory of double spaced fractional slot winding of outer rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is analyzed firstly, which can reduce the torque of tooth slot and design the connection scheme of winding, and then according to the design method of PMSM, Two permanent magnet synchronous motors with outer rotor are designed. The electromagnetic parameters of the motor are preliminarily estimated by using the magnetic circuit calculation method. The finite element model of the motor is established by the electromagnetic field simulation software Ansoft, and the magnetic field is calculated. Then, according to the coefficient of no-load flux leakage coefficient of field calculation parameter and so on, the design result of motor is perfected. The simulation analysis of two motors is carried out, and the running data of no-load and load are compared respectively. A better design scheme is obtained. The performance of the first scheme is compared with the test results of the manufactured motor, and the error analysis is carried out to prove the feasibility of the motor design. Then MATLAB is used to decompose the air-gap magnetic density harmonics of the designed motor, and the fundamental harmonic amplitude is obtained, in which the third and fifth harmonics are larger. The principle of the eccentric magnetic pole method to weaken the air-gap magnetic density harmonics is analyzed in detail. The expressions of radial or parallel magnetization of air-gap magnetic density eccentricity pole are obtained, and the better eccentricity is calculated by analytical method. According to the better eccentricity, the harmonics of air-gap magnetic density when the eccentricity h is 45,750mm or 53mm are simulated, respectively. Through calculation and comparison, the accurate eccentricity of the motor with better performance is obtained, which proves the validity of the result and makes the operation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with external rotor more stable.
