【摘要】：廣州蓄能水電廠B廠計算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)為西門子RPOKON-LSX系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)從投產(chǎn)至今運(yùn)行時間已長達(dá)16年,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中所存在的硬件老化和軟件功能缺失問題已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響電廠的安全生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行。針對廣蓄B廠監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)上位機(jī)改造過程中存在的新老系統(tǒng)通信等技術(shù)難題進(jìn)行了研究,提出了與西門子SIMATIC S5 PLC直接數(shù)據(jù)通信和間接數(shù)據(jù)通信2種解決方案,并對這2種解決方案做了技術(shù)對比分析。最后簡要敘述了廣蓄B廠后續(xù)現(xiàn)地控制單元改造的實(shí)施方案。
[Abstract]:The upper computer of computer monitoring system of Guangzhou Storage Power Plant B is Siemens RPOKON-LSX system. The system has been running for 16 years since it was put into operation. The problems of hardware aging and lack of software function in the operation of the system have seriously affected the safe operation of the power plant. Two solutions of direct data communication and indirect data communication with Siemens SIMATIC S5 PLC are put forward, and the technical comparison between the two solutions is made. Finally, the implementation scheme of the following field control unit reconstruction in Guangzhou Storage B Plant is briefly described.
