【摘要】：基于智能變電站信息共享的特點,研究出一種提升傳統(tǒng)智能變電站保護性能的優(yōu)化方法,詳細闡明站域保護的含義和范圍,將全站差動區(qū)劃分為邊界差動區(qū)和元件差動區(qū),在SPBCD保護算法的基礎(chǔ)上引入新的差動優(yōu)先級劃定方法,提出一種基于電流突變量的差動保護后備算法,實現(xiàn)了后備保護對故障元件的準確、快速定位,同時在跳閘策略上還充分考慮到斷路器偶然故障拒動的情形,通過使用擴展跳閘方法,提升后備保護策略的容錯能力。PSCAD仿真分析驗證了SPBCV保護原理的正確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Based on the characteristics of intelligent substation information sharing, an optimization method for improving the performance of traditional intelligent substation protection is developed. The meaning and scope of station domain protection are expounded in detail, and the whole station differential region is divided into boundary differential region and element differential region. On the basis of SPBCD protection algorithm, a new differential priority determination method is introduced, and a backup algorithm of differential protection based on current sudden change is proposed, which realizes the accurate and fast location of fault components by backup protection. At the same time, the fault failure of circuit breaker is also taken into account in tripping strategy. The correctness and feasibility of SPBCV protection principle are verified by using extended tripping method to improve the fault-tolerant ability of backup protection strategy.
