智能電表售電和自動數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)

【摘要】:目前,隨著我國開始試行階梯電價政策,以及分時電價出現(xiàn)了更廣泛推廣的趨勢,電力公司開始更換和使用具有遠(yuǎn)程通訊功能的智能電能表。一方面解決原有預(yù)付費電表和手抄電表的電費回收問題,另一方面采用表內(nèi)計算多種費率的方式避免遠(yuǎn)程通訊不暢時無法扣費的問題。本文旨在分析電力公司執(zhí)行居民階梯電價的管理需求,設(shè)計出一套滿足售電操作和數(shù)據(jù)采集的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)主要包括智能電表的售電充值卡的密鑰生成、售電充值、電表電能數(shù)據(jù)的自動采集及費控等功能。系統(tǒng)的使用對象為電力公司的計量人員和客戶服務(wù)的售電人員。本文通過系統(tǒng)的售電和數(shù)據(jù)采集功能設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)主要數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建以及系統(tǒng)開發(fā)運行所需的軟件平臺、硬件平臺進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述,還從系統(tǒng)所需的安全密鑰算法、電表充值、電表自動數(shù)據(jù)采集所需的網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議和傳輸規(guī)約等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述。本文基于采用售電充值的密鑰認(rèn)證技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)采集的Java跨平臺開發(fā)技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)存儲的Oracle11g數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺等計算機(jī)技術(shù)設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)基于B/S的三層模式的預(yù)付費充值和數(shù)據(jù)自動采集系統(tǒng),旨在實現(xiàn)利用Oracle大型數(shù)據(jù)庫來存儲、管理大量居民用電和售電充值數(shù)據(jù)信息,用于實現(xiàn)對其各種數(shù)據(jù)的分類、查詢和統(tǒng)計,為用電管理服務(wù)。智能電表售電及自動數(shù)據(jù)采集費控系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)將滿足居民執(zhí)行階梯電價應(yīng)用,同時也大大提高電力企業(yè)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,提高用電客戶的滿意度,同時提高電力公司管理人員和售電人員的工作效率。該系統(tǒng)將給電力企業(yè)整個的信息化建設(shè)也帶來深遠(yuǎn)而有意義的影響。
[Abstract]:At present, along with our country starts to try out the ladder electricity price policy, as well as the time-sharing electricity price has appeared the more extensive promotion tendency. Electric power companies began to replace and use intelligent watt-hour meters with remote communication functions. On the one hand, the electricity recovery problem of the original prepaid meter and hand-copied meter is solved. On the other hand, the method of calculating various rates in the table can avoid the problem that the remote communication can not be deducted when the communication is not smooth. This paper aims to analyze the management demand of the electric power company to carry out the residential ladder electricity price. A set of application system is designed to meet the demand operation and data acquisition. The system mainly includes the key generation and the selling charge value of the charging card of the intelligent meter. The use of the system is for the metering personnel of the power company and the sales staff of customer service. This paper through the system of electricity sales and data acquisition function design. The construction of the main data structure of the system, the software platform needed for the system development and operation, the hardware platform are discussed in detail, and the security key algorithm required by the system, the ammeter charging value, are also discussed in detail. The network protocol and transmission protocol for automatic data acquisition of electric meter are discussed in detail. Based on the key authentication technology of selling charge, the Java cross-platform development technology of data acquisition is introduced in this paper. The Oracle11g database platform for data storage is used to design and implement the prepaid charging and automatic data acquisition system based on the three-tier model of B / S. The purpose of this paper is to use the Oracle database to store and manage a large number of residential electricity consumption and charging data information, which can be used to classify, query and statistics the various data. Intelligent meter selling and automatic data acquisition and control system will meet the needs of the residents to carry out the application of ladder price, at the same time, it will greatly improve the service quality of power enterprises and improve the satisfaction of customers. At the same time, the system will bring profound and meaningful influence to the whole information construction of electric power enterprises.
