方波脈沖電壓下聚酰亞胺材料的老化特性

【摘要】:為研究變頻電機(jī)的匝間絕緣特性,在方波脈沖電壓下,采用電熱聯(lián)合法對(duì)100HN絞線對(duì)和100CR絞線對(duì)進(jìn)行老化試驗(yàn),測(cè)試了各老化階段其介質(zhì)損耗特性和局部放電(PD)參量。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:隨著老化時(shí)間的增加,2種絞線對(duì)的介質(zhì)損耗都增大,且局部放電的平均放電量和放電次數(shù)也都隨之增大。但由于100CR中的納米粒子周圍形成了大量含有淺陷阱的界面區(qū)域,這些區(qū)域?qū)﹄姾傻妮斶\(yùn)能力較強(qiáng),因此同一老化條件下,與100CR絞線對(duì)相比,100HN絞線對(duì)的介質(zhì)損耗較大,局部放電的放電次數(shù)較多,平均放電量較小。此外,納米粒子的協(xié)同效應(yīng)有助于保護(hù)聚酰亞胺基體,延長(zhǎng)100CR絞線對(duì)的絕緣壽命。
[Abstract]:In order to study the inter-turn insulation characteristics of variable-frequency motor, the aging tests of 100HN and 100CR strands were carried out under square wave pulse voltage by electrothermal method. The dielectric loss characteristics and PD parameters of each aging stage are measured. The results show that the dielectric loss of the two pairs increases with the aging time increasing. The average discharge amount and discharge frequency of partial discharge also increased, but because a large number of interface areas with shallow traps formed around the nanoparticles in 100CR, these areas have strong transport ability to charge. Therefore, under the same aging condition, compared with 100CR strand pair, the dielectric loss of 100HN pair is larger, the discharge frequency of partial discharge is more, and the average discharge quantity is smaller than that of 100CR strand pair. The synergistic effect of the nanoparticles helps to protect the polyimide matrix and prolong the insulation life of the 100CR strand pair.
