基于IEC61850規(guī)約的故障信息處理系統(tǒng)主站的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:故障信息處理系統(tǒng)是對(duì)電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化遠(yuǎn)程管理的數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),它能夠?qū)崟r(shí)上傳和遠(yuǎn)程采集變電站內(nèi)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),為調(diào)度工作人員分析故障原因,處理故障事件,評(píng)價(jià)繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備提供有力支持,同時(shí)大大提高了電網(wǎng)管理自動(dòng)化的程度,能夠快速處理故障,穩(wěn)定電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行狀況,具有很高的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值。本系統(tǒng)基于IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,深入研究了IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的背景,組成,結(jié)構(gòu)以及建模思想等,詳細(xì)闡述了IEC61850標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)智能設(shè)備對(duì)象建模的方法,并舉例說(shuō)明。針對(duì)故障信息處理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)量龐大且實(shí)時(shí)性要求高的特點(diǎn),本系統(tǒng)引入了實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)與傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)相結(jié)合的方法,使得變電站繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)采集能夠穩(wěn)定,安全,快速地傳輸?shù)街髡菊{(diào)度工作人員手中,大大提高了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性與穩(wěn)定性。通信服務(wù)作為本系統(tǒng)與變電站之間的橋梁,本文著重對(duì)主站通信機(jī)制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明,引入了UDP通信方式,并對(duì)其報(bào)文結(jié)構(gòu)封裝做了詳細(xì)解釋與說(shuō)明。變電站內(nèi)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)視繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備的故障錄波器數(shù)據(jù)被我們作為故障診斷的重要依據(jù),借助于分析故障錄波文件,本文提出了以突然電流變化量為重要依據(jù)的故障判斷方法,并給出相應(yīng)公式與算法,能夠基本判斷故障類別,并從單端與雙端測(cè)距兩種方法來(lái)綜合計(jì)算故障距離,供繼保人員參考研究。故障信息處理系統(tǒng)充分利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),大大提高了電網(wǎng)故障處理的時(shí)效,提高了故障判斷的可靠性,同時(shí)增加了調(diào)度中心的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力。
[Abstract]:Fault information processing system is a data platform for remote management of power network automation. It can upload and collect data of power grid operation in substation in real time, analyze the cause of failure and deal with fault events for dispatching staff. Evaluation of relay protection equipment to provide strong support, at the same time greatly improve the degree of automation of power grid management, can quickly deal with failures, stability of power grid operation. This system is based on the IEC61850 standard specification, in-depth study of the background, composition, structure and modeling ideas of the IEC61850 standard. The modeling method of intelligent device object in IEC61850 standard is described in detail, and an example is given to illustrate the characteristics of large amount of data and high real-time requirement of fault information processing system. This system introduces the method of combining real-time database with traditional database, which makes the data collection of substation relay protection equipment stable, safe and fast to the master station dispatching staff. Communication service is a bridge between the system and the substation. The communication mechanism of the main station is explained in detail in this paper, and the UDP communication mode is introduced. And the encapsulation of the message structure is explained in detail. The fault recorder data of real-time monitoring relay protection equipment in substation is regarded as the important basis of fault diagnosis by analyzing the fault recording file. In this paper, a fault judgment method based on the change of sudden current is proposed, and the corresponding formulas and algorithms are given, which can be used to judge the types of faults. The fault information processing system makes full use of computer technology to calculate fault distance synthetically from single terminal and double terminal location, which greatly improves the time limit of power network fault processing. The reliability of fault judgment is improved, and the data processing ability of dispatching center is increased.
