風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)變流器的效率分析

【摘要】:風(fēng)力發(fā)電作為發(fā)展最快的新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,受到人們越來越多的關(guān)注。作為風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)與電網(wǎng)的有效接口,電力電子變流器對提高風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的性能十分關(guān)鍵。 本文在分析雙饋和直驅(qū)風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的特性的基礎(chǔ)上,探討風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)變流器的損耗和效率優(yōu)化問題。分別設(shè)計了兩電平和三電平變流器主電路,進(jìn)而建立了風(fēng)電變流器的損耗模型。并比較了額定風(fēng)速工作點(diǎn)兩電平和三電平變流器,比較了雙饋與直驅(qū)風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的性能。 由于碳化硅(SiC)器件具有阻斷電壓高、開關(guān)速度快、耐高溫的特點(diǎn),具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。論文分析了基于SiC器件的2MW雙饋、直驅(qū)風(fēng)力發(fā)電系統(tǒng),與Si IGBT兩電平、三電平(NPC)變流器的效率進(jìn)行比較。
[Abstract]:As one of the fastest growing new energy industries, wind power generation has attracted more and more attention. Power electronic converter is very important to improve the performance of wind power system. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of doubly-fed and direct-drive wind power generation systems, this paper discusses the loss and efficiency optimization of wind power system converters, and designs the main circuits of two-level and three-level converters, respectively. Furthermore, the loss model of wind power converter is established, and the two-level and three-level converters at rated wind speed are compared, and the performance of doubly-fed and direct-drive wind power generation systems is compared. Because of its high blocking voltage, fast switching speed and high temperature resistance, sic device has a good application prospect. The 2MW doubly-fed device based on SiC device is analyzed in this paper. The efficiency of direct-drive wind power system is compared with that of Si IGBT two-level and three-level converter.
