變壓器油紙絕緣含水量定量評(píng)估的頻域介電特征參量研究

【摘要】:水分是影響電力變壓器油紙絕緣性能的一個(gè)重要因素。為了更好地將頻域介電譜法(Frequency Domain Spectroscopy,FDS)應(yīng)用于變壓器油紙絕緣含水量的無損定量評(píng)估,從而對(duì)變壓器的絕緣狀態(tài)及剩余壽命進(jìn)行可靠預(yù)測(cè),本文在實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)制備了不同水分含量的油紙絕緣樣品,并在30℃及50℃下對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行頻域介電譜測(cè)試;為了在有限的測(cè)量頻段內(nèi)盡可能獲得復(fù)相對(duì)介電常數(shù)(?*r)所攜帶的絕緣信息,本文在深入研究水分及溫度對(duì)油紙絕緣?*r影響規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,提出在特征頻段內(nèi)采用復(fù)相對(duì)介電常數(shù)的實(shí)部積分(SRP)和虛部積分(SIP)作為絕緣紙板水分含量評(píng)估的特征參量,并給出了特征參量與絕緣紙板水分含量的擬合關(guān)系。最后,引入了"FDS曲線頻率平移法"以消除溫度對(duì)油紙絕緣頻域介電特性的影響。結(jié)果表明:SRP在10?3~10?1Hz的特征頻段內(nèi)隨絕緣紙板水分含量的增加而顯著增大;而SIP在10?1~101Hz特征頻段內(nèi)也存在類似規(guī)律,通過"FDS曲線頻率平移法"繪制的?*r主曲線可以消除溫度對(duì)油紙絕緣頻域介電特性的影響,從而提高絕緣紙板水分評(píng)估結(jié)果的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Moisture is an important factor affecting the insulation performance of oil-paper in power transformers. In order to improve the frequency-domain dielectric spectrum method frequency Domain Spectroscopy is used to improve the performance of oil-paper insulation of power transformers.
