浙江金華500千伏直流融冰項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案研究

【摘要】:冰雪天氣對(duì)輸電線路的危害重大,輕則發(fā)生冰閃,重則造成倒塔(桿)、斷線,甚至使電網(wǎng)癱瘓。研究切實(shí)可行的輸電線路融冰及實(shí)施方案對(duì)于提高浙江電網(wǎng)抵御冰災(zāi)等自然災(zāi)害能力、保障電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行方面、建設(shè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)浙江電網(wǎng)等具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在閱讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了浙江金華500千伏直流融冰項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案研究的整體思路,即在鉆研基本理論,了解項(xiàng)目輸電線路現(xiàn)狀的前提下,分析實(shí)施此項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),進(jìn)而提出浙江金華500千伏直流融冰項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案的設(shè)計(jì)。本文首先闡述了項(xiàng)目實(shí)施管理的基本理論以及輸電線路覆冰和直流融冰技術(shù)的基本原理,為后續(xù)的研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,分析了雙龍變電站基本情況和項(xiàng)目方案的控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出了項(xiàng)目的整體方案,為之后該項(xiàng)目具體方案實(shí)施的制定打下基礎(chǔ)。最后,結(jié)合個(gè)方面的相關(guān)理論和變電站的基本情況,本文從項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的整體概念、方案實(shí)施風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析、施工組織和現(xiàn)場管理、施工流程安排、施工管理相關(guān)措施制定等幾個(gè)方面介紹了該項(xiàng)目具體的實(shí)施方案。
[Abstract]:The ice and snow weather is harmful to the transmission line, the ice flashover occurs in the light, and the tower is broken in the heavy condition. Even make the power grid paralyzed. The study of practical transmission line ice melting and implementation plan to improve the Zhejiang power grid to resist ice disasters and other natural disasters, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the grid. Building a strong Zhejiang power grid and other important practical significance. On the basis of reading the relevant documents, this paper puts forward the overall idea of the implementation of the 500kV DC ice-melting project in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, that is, on the premise of studying the basic theory and understanding the current situation of the project transmission line. Analyze the technical risks associated with the implementation of the project. And then put forward the implementation scheme design of Zhejiang Jinhua 500kV DC ice-melting project. Firstly, this paper describes the basic theory of project implementation management and the basic principle of transmission line icing and DC ice-melting technology. Secondly, the basic situation of Ssangyong substation and the control risk of the project scheme are analyzed, and the overall project scheme is put forward. Finally, combined with the relevant theory of the project and the basic situation of the substation, this paper from the project implementation of the overall concept, the implementation of the project risk analysis. Construction organization and site management, construction process arrangement, construction management related measures and other aspects of the specific implementation of the project are introduced.
