熱電化學(xué)制水控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:本文主要以河北省邢臺鋼鐵有限責(zé)任公司動力廠熱電化學(xué)制水控制系統(tǒng)升級改造項目為研究對象,論述了可編程序控制器(PLC)技術(shù)、PID控制技術(shù)以及人機(jī)接口技術(shù)在化學(xué)制水領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用。本文主要研究工作包括:(1)介紹了化學(xué)制水系統(tǒng)的工藝特點和控制要求,同時論述了化學(xué)制水自動控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,包括硬件選型、網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置以及監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài)、軟件設(shè)計等內(nèi)容。(2)針對現(xiàn)有化學(xué)制水處理設(shè)備的特點,本文在進(jìn)行化學(xué)制水系統(tǒng)自動化控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計時,硬件選用了SIEMENS公司的S7-300系列PLC作為控制器并進(jìn)一步介紹了S7-300 PLC的編程環(huán)境及編程特點。人機(jī)接口硬件設(shè)備選用了臺灣研華工控機(jī),監(jiān)控軟件開發(fā)平臺為SIEMENS公司的WinCC V6.2,并采用分布式現(xiàn)場總線PROFIBUS-DP網(wǎng)絡(luò)實現(xiàn)CPU主站與各I/O從站之間的信息傳輸。系統(tǒng)控制方式為控制室集中監(jiān)控與就地操作相結(jié)合,運行人員利用CRT上的監(jiān)控畫面可以對整個生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)監(jiān)視和控制操作。另外在系統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)備附近設(shè)有就地操作箱,箱體上設(shè)有遠(yuǎn)控/手動轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān),便于設(shè)備投運前的調(diào)試和運行過程中發(fā)生故障后的檢修。(3)本文針對熱電化學(xué)制水系統(tǒng)除鹽水恒壓外供的問題進(jìn)行了深入的分析;在分析的基礎(chǔ)上對液位的恒定控制提出了液位分段控制的策略,并對該策略進(jìn)行了編程調(diào)試和優(yōu)化,滿足了用戶的要求。同時,為了保證PLC供電系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,對控制系統(tǒng)的供電方式進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計改造。(4)熱電化學(xué)制水自動化控制系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)場運行結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)能夠滿足熱電廠鍋爐補(bǔ)給水處理的自動化控制要求,并且具有可靠性高、運行平穩(wěn)、控制靈活等優(yōu)點,達(dá)到了客戶的設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the upgrading project of thermoelectrochemical water control system in power plant of Hebei Xingtai Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and discusses the programmable controller (PLC) technology. The application of PID control technology and man-machine interface technology in chemical water production field. The main research work in this paper includes the introduction of chemical water production system technology characteristics and control requirements. At the same time, the design of chemical water automatic control system is discussed, including hardware selection, network configuration, monitoring system configuration, software design, etc.) aiming at the characteristics of existing chemical water treatment equipment. In this paper, the design of automatic control system of chemical water system is carried out. The S7-300 series PLC of SIEMENS is selected as the controller of the hardware, and the S7-300 is further introduced. The programming environment and programming characteristics of PLC. The hardware equipment of man-machine interface is selected by Taiwan Yanhua Industrial Control computer. The monitoring software development platform is WinCC V6.2 of SIEMENS Company. The distributed fieldbus PROFIBUS-DP network is used to realize the information transmission between the CPU master station and each I / O slave station. The system control mode is the combination of centralized monitoring and local operation in the control room. The operator can monitor and control the operation of the whole production system by using the monitoring screen on CRT. In addition, there is a local operation box near the system process equipment, and a remote control / manual switch is arranged on the box body. This paper makes a deep analysis on the problems of desalination constant pressure and external supply of desalted water in the thermoelectrochemical water making system, which is convenient for the commissioning of the equipment before operation and the maintenance after the failure occurred during the operation. On the basis of the analysis, the paper puts forward the strategy of the level control of the constant level, and the strategy is programmed, debugged and optimized to meet the requirements of the users. In order to ensure the stability of the PLC power supply system, the power supply mode of the control system is redesigned and reformed. The system can meet the automatic control requirements of boiler recharge water treatment in thermal power plant, and has the advantages of high reliability, stable operation and flexible control.
