基于多目標決策的特高壓輸電線路抗冰方法組合優(yōu)化模型研究

【摘要】:特高壓輸電線路將逐步成為未來電網(wǎng)的骨架,其安全穩(wěn)定的運行對電網(wǎng)極為重要。特高壓抗冰投資決策的核心問題是確定線路抗冰組合最優(yōu)設(shè)計方案。建立特高壓輸電線路抗冰方法組合優(yōu)化模型能解決此問題,提高抗冰效率,合理分配人員資金。但目前特高壓線路抗冰方法決策缺乏定量的科學分析方法。所以特高壓輸電線路的抗冰方法組合優(yōu)化模型的研究具有重要意義。本文在湖南省特高壓輸電線路覆冰增長模型、防冰除冰技術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了特高壓輸電線路的抗冰方法組合優(yōu)化模型,并結(jié)合實際線路,對研究結(jié)果進行驗證。主要內(nèi)容如下:首先,本文采用積分模型對不同氣象條件下的導線覆冰程度值進行了修正,提出了采用不同組合抗冰方法下的覆冰程度值的計算公式。然后,根據(jù)防、抗、融、除等抗冰方法,以覆冰程度值和冰災概率計算為基礎(chǔ),建立特高壓線路抗冰方法組合的多目標決策優(yōu)化模型。此模型的目標函數(shù)為投資費用最小化、冰災損失最小化、特大冰災風險最小化,約束條件為考慮覆冰程度,網(wǎng)絡拓撲重要性,以及融冰電源點。其次,利用效用值將具有互異性、相互制約的三個目標函數(shù)值轉(zhuǎn)化為無量綱的效用值,并運用層次分析法計算各目標在約束條件下的權(quán)重值,將多目標地函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為單一目標函數(shù),并確定模型目標函數(shù)的最優(yōu)解,確定使目標函數(shù)達到最小的抗冰方法的最優(yōu)組合方案。最后,本文運用所提出的模型對實際工程進行了計算分析,驗證了模型的合理性。為特高壓抗冰方案的選擇提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:UHV transmission line will gradually become the backbone of future power grid, the safe and stable operation of the power grid is very important. The core problem of UHV anti ice investment decision is to determine the optimal design scheme of line anti ice. The establishment of UHV transmission line anti icing method of portfolio optimization model can solve this problem, improve the anti icing efficiency, reasonable the allocation of staff funds. But the decision anti icing methods for UHV transmission lines is lack of quantitative analysis methods. So the study of the anti icing method of portfolio optimization model of UHV transmission lines is of great significance. This paper in Hunan province UHV transmission line icing model, anti icing and ice technology based on the established anti ice combination optimization method model of UHV transmission line, and combined with the actual line, to verify the results of the study. The main contents are as follows: firstly, this paper adopts the integral model of different gas As under the condition of icing degree is modified, puts forward the calculation formula of icing degree by different combinations of anti icing methods under the value. Then, according to the anti, anti, anti ice melting, in addition, to the icing and ice disaster probability calculation based on multi-objective decision optimization model a combination of UHV line Kangbing method. The objective function of this model is to minimize the cost of investment, to minimize the loss of ice disaster, serious ice disaster risk minimization, the constraint conditions are considered icing degree, the importance of network topology, and the ice melting power. Secondly, using the utility value will have a dissimilarity, three objective functions are control values are converted to dimensionless utility value, and use AHP to calculate the weight of each target in the constraint conditions, multi-objective function will be transformed into a single objective function model, and determine the objective function of the optimal solutions is determined. The optimal combination scheme of the anti icing method with minimum standard function is achieved. Finally, the proposed model is applied to the actual engineering calculation and analysis, which verifies the rationality of the model. It provides a theoretical basis for the selection of UHV anti icing scheme.
