智能變電站信息記錄與網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國家電網(wǎng)公司提出了“堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能電網(wǎng)”的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,數(shù)字化與智能化成為其發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,面對著新的發(fā)展要求,智能變電站成為電網(wǎng)今后發(fā)展的必經(jīng)之路,而智能變電站的信息記錄與網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)的研究,更是成為研究的重中之重。 在本課題中對智能變電站的通信報(bào)文進(jìn)行了深入的研究,通過對網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信的分析,對智能變電站的信息記錄及分析進(jìn)行研究,重點(diǎn)開展了以下幾個(gè)方面: (1)針對智能變電站中存在的信息結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),通過無源分光技術(shù),將智能變電站中的相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行分光。在不影響二次設(shè)備獲取信息的前提下,從原通信光信號中提取一定比例能量的信號進(jìn)行監(jiān)視,避免了通過交換機(jī)獲取監(jiān)視信號和點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)傳輸原始信號不一致的情況。 (2)針對合并單元同步性檢測的問題,提出利用通信監(jiān)視技術(shù),同時(shí)接入不同的合并單元,同時(shí)記錄并監(jiān)視所有接入的合并單元所發(fā)出的采樣值信息。分析各采樣值報(bào)文的波形,同時(shí)對各合并單元同一點(diǎn)采樣值信息之間記錄的時(shí)間誤差進(jìn)行分析,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對各合并單元的同步性的檢驗(yàn)。 (3)針對合并單元波形一致性檢測的問題,提出利用無源分光技術(shù)和信號傳輸監(jiān)視技術(shù),,將合并單元輸入端信號進(jìn)行分光。同時(shí)對分離出的輸入端信號和輸出端信號進(jìn)行監(jiān)視,并繪制出相應(yīng)的采樣值波形進(jìn)行比較分析,一方面檢查兩端波形的一致性,另一方面計(jì)算合并單元轉(zhuǎn)換延時(shí),進(jìn)而評估合并單元可用性。 (4)針對通信記錄信息分析的問題,提出將通信記錄信息轉(zhuǎn)換成故障錄波文件,即COMTRADE文件,并將所轉(zhuǎn)換的故障錄波文件提供給專業(yè)的錄波分析工具進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, the State Grid Company has put forward the development plan of "strong Smart Grid". Digitization and intelligentization become the key to its development and face the new development requirements. Smart substation has become the only way for the future development of power grid, and the research of information recording and network communication technology of intelligent substation has become the most important research. In this paper, the communication message of intelligent substation is deeply studied. Through the analysis of network communication, the information record and analysis of intelligent substation are studied, and the following aspects are emphasized: 1) according to the characteristics of the information structure in the intelligent substation, the relevant information in the intelligent substation is separated by passive light separation technology, without affecting the secondary equipment to obtain the information. The signal with a certain proportion of energy is extracted from the original optical signal for monitoring, which avoids the inconsistency between the acquisition of the monitoring signal by the switch and the transmission of the original signal from point to point. (2) aiming at the problem of synchronous detection of merging units, this paper proposes to use communication monitoring technology to access different merging units at the same time. At the same time, the sampling value information issued by all the connected merging units is recorded and monitored.; the waveform of each sampling value message is analyzed; and the time error recorded between each merging unit and the sampling value information at one point is analyzed. In order to achieve the synchronization of the combined units test. Aiming at the problem of the conformance detection of the waveform of the combined unit, this paper puts forward the technique of passive light splitting and signal transmission and monitoring. At the same time, the input signal and output signal are monitored, and the corresponding sample waveform is drawn for comparison and analysis. On the one hand, we check the consistency of waveform at both ends, on the other hand, we calculate the transition delay of merging unit, and then evaluate the usability of merging unit. 4) aiming at the problem of analyzing the information of communication record, the paper puts forward to convert the information of communication record into fault record file, that is, COMTRADE file. The converted fault recording file is provided to the professional analysis tool for detailed analysis.
