基于IGBT的大功率變頻感應(yīng)式加熱電源

【摘要】:感應(yīng)加熱電源廣泛應(yīng)用于各種熱處理場(chǎng)合,但傳統(tǒng)大功率感應(yīng)加熱電源多存在效率低,功率因數(shù)低等缺點(diǎn),給用戶和電網(wǎng)帶來(lái)較大損失。本文以基于IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,絕緣柵雙極型晶體管)設(shè)計(jì)的感應(yīng)加熱電源為研究對(duì)象,簡(jiǎn)要闡述了其工作原理和最新發(fā)展趨勢(shì),著重分析了串聯(lián)和并聯(lián)兩種諧振方式。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析得出,在大功率工作條件下,串聯(lián)諧振能更加穩(wěn)定可靠的工作。也著重分析了整流調(diào)功、斬波調(diào)功、逆變調(diào)功三種不同的功率調(diào)節(jié)方式,定性的指出,采用斬波調(diào)功對(duì)負(fù)載的適應(yīng)度更高,應(yīng)用更廣泛。對(duì)于感應(yīng)加熱電源而言,工作效率是最重要的設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)之一。然而大功率電源往往效率低下,本文針對(duì)此缺點(diǎn),創(chuàng)新性的采用基于COT(Constant On Time,定導(dǎo)通時(shí)間)調(diào)制模式的軟開(kāi)關(guān)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了電源的DC/DC部分。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,此方法降低了開(kāi)關(guān)損耗,并且電路能夠在軟開(kāi)關(guān)狀態(tài)下穩(wěn)定工作,從而大大提高了電源的工作效率本文最終完成了10k W/20k H的工程樣機(jī)的試制,達(dá)到實(shí)驗(yàn)預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:Induction heating power supply is widely used in various heat treatment situations, but the traditional high-power induction heating power supply has many shortcomings, such as low efficiency, low power factor and so on. This paper is based on IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor. The induction heating power supply designed by insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) is the object of study. The working principle and the latest development trend are briefly described, and the resonant modes of series and parallel connection are emphatically analyzed. Under the condition of high power operation, series resonance can work more stably and reliably. Three different power regulation modes, rectifier, chopper and inverter, are also analyzed qualitatively. For induction heating power supply, the working efficiency is one of the most important design indicators. However, the efficiency of high-power power supply is often low. In view of this shortcoming, this paper innovatively adopts COT(Constant on Time. The DC/DC part of the power supply is designed by the soft-switching technology of fixed on-time) modulation mode. The experiment shows that the method can reduce the switching loss and the circuit can work stably in the soft-switching state. Therefore, the efficiency of the power supply is greatly improved. In this paper, the prototype of 10kW / 20kH is finished, and the experimental expectation is reached.
