【摘要】:超臨界壓力直流鍋爐蒸發(fā)受熱面工質(zhì)溫度是計(jì)算金屬壁面溫度的基礎(chǔ),對(duì)于實(shí)際運(yùn)行的蒸發(fā)受熱面,給出了根據(jù)進(jìn)出口參數(shù)確定受熱面工質(zhì)溫度的方法,利用工質(zhì)壓降沿爐膛高度均勻分布的假設(shè),可快速確定工質(zhì)的壓力分布,這一假設(shè)引起的工質(zhì)溫度的計(jì)算偏差小于1℃,這種確定工質(zhì)溫度的方法特別適合用于超臨界壓力直流鍋爐爐膛受熱面壁面溫度的在線監(jiān)測(cè)計(jì)算。
[Abstract]:The working fluid temperature of evaporative heating surface of supercritical pressure once-through boiler is the basis of calculating metal wall temperature. For the actual operating evaporative heating surface, the method of determining the working fluid temperature of heating surface according to the inlet and outlet parameters is given. The pressure distribution of the working fluid can be quickly determined by using the assumption that the pressure drop of the working fluid distributes uniformly along the furnace. The calculation deviation of the working fluid temperature caused by this assumption is less than 1 鈩,
