【摘要】:隨著國家電網(wǎng)“三集五大”體系改革的深入推進(jìn),上海電網(wǎng)近年來加大了老舊變電站的改造力度。為了在老站改造過程中確保供電可靠性,改善檢修方式下上海局部電網(wǎng)的薄弱性,迫切需要進(jìn)行電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,對基于配網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的自愈系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分析和探討。本文詳細(xì)闡述了配電網(wǎng)自愈系統(tǒng)的整體構(gòu)架及邏輯功能,并結(jié)合實(shí)例具體分析了自愈系統(tǒng)的邏輯動作行為。借鑒IEC61850通信技術(shù)在智能化變電站中的應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),將GOOSE通信模型應(yīng)用于自愈系統(tǒng)主站與子站之間的數(shù)據(jù)通訊和信息交互。探討了配電網(wǎng)自愈系統(tǒng)重構(gòu)技術(shù),介紹了自愈重構(gòu)的目標(biāo)函數(shù)及約束條件,提出一種啟發(fā)式算法應(yīng)用于分布式電源配電網(wǎng)的自愈重構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)故障診斷與最優(yōu)自愈控制,提高供電可靠性。結(jié)合110千伏“手拉手”西郊至大場串供自愈系統(tǒng)工程,具體介紹了GOOSE通信的組態(tài)配置方法,制定了動模試驗(yàn)、單體調(diào)試及系統(tǒng)聯(lián)調(diào)的試驗(yàn)方案,為自愈系統(tǒng)工程的后續(xù)建設(shè)提供了借鑒和參考。最后,總結(jié)了本文的各項(xiàng)研究成果,并對配電網(wǎng)自愈系統(tǒng)未來的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of the "three sets and five" system of the State Grid, Shanghai Power Grid has increased the transformation of the old substation in recent years in order to ensure the reliability of the power supply in the process of the transformation of the old station. In order to improve the weakness of Shanghai local power network under the maintenance mode, it is urgent to optimize the power network structure. The self-healing system based on distribution network structure is analyzed and discussed. The whole structure and logic function of self-healing system in distribution network are described in detail in this paper. The logical action behavior of the self-healing system is analyzed with an example, and the application experience of IEC61850 communication technology in intelligent substation is used for reference. The GOOSE communication model is applied to the data communication and information exchange between the master station and the sub-station of the self-healing system. The reconfiguration technology of the self-healing system in the distribution network is discussed, and the objective function and constraint conditions of the self-healing reconfiguration are introduced. A heuristic algorithm is proposed to realize fault diagnosis and optimal self-healing control in distributed distribution network. In order to improve the reliability of power supply, the configuration and configuration method of GOOSE communication is introduced in detail, and the dynamic model test is made according to the project of 110kV "hand in hand" western suburb to large field serial self-healing system. The test scheme of single debugging and system adjustment provides a reference and reference for the subsequent construction of self-healing system engineering. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results of this paper. The future development direction of distribution network self-healing system is prospected.
