【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國的輸電線網(wǎng)絡(luò)也在不斷的改進(jìn)、發(fā)展。輸電網(wǎng)的構(gòu)造、組成也越來越復(fù)雜多樣。所以對變電站的安全性、先進(jìn)性也有了更高的要求。對變電站綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),也提出了更高的要求。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代傳感器技術(shù)、分散控制系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)技術(shù)也得到了快速的發(fā)展,是電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的先進(jìn)管理體系的重要體現(xiàn)。將變電站傳統(tǒng)的人員值班式管理方式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽冸娬緹o人或少人值守的管理方式。 首先介紹了變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的意義,對變電站綜合監(jiān)控技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則應(yīng)遵循可靠性、靈活性、兼容性等要求;完成的變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要負(fù)責(zé)控制命令的通信、運(yùn)行任務(wù)的安排等職責(zé)。 其次實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于組態(tài)王的110kV變電站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要由主機(jī)、操作員站、工程師站、遠(yuǎn)傳工作站等部分組成。系統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)采用集中式控制方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行信息的監(jiān)視和設(shè)備的控制,使調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)具備監(jiān)控變電站一二次設(shè)備的能力,完成供電局所管轄110千伏變電站一、二次設(shè)備的遙信、遙測、遙控、遙調(diào)、遙視等功能及各變電站增加滿足集中控制中心監(jiān)控要求的信息。組態(tài)王豐富的界面表現(xiàn)與底層設(shè)備的通訊無需專業(yè)編程,通過現(xiàn)有驅(qū)動(dòng)連接即可簡單實(shí)現(xiàn)。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的人機(jī)交互軟件,也使用組態(tài)王軟件實(shí)現(xiàn),系統(tǒng)具有日報(bào)表、歷史報(bào)表、打印、歷史曲線以及事件報(bào)警等功能。 最后實(shí)現(xiàn)了變電站現(xiàn)場視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。對變電站進(jìn)行綜合監(jiān)控不但為改善電能質(zhì)量和提高供電可靠性以及電網(wǎng)進(jìn)一步建設(shè)和改造提供了必要的依據(jù),同時(shí)也為對變電站的監(jiān)控方式研究提供一個(gè)良好平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the network of transmission line in our country is improving and developing. The structure and composition of transmission network are more and more complicated. With the development of computer network technology, modern sensor technology and decentralized control system technology, the design of substation integrated monitoring system also has higher requirements. Substation monitoring system technology has also been rapid development. It is an important embodiment of the advanced management system of power network system. The traditional management mode of personnel on duty in substation is changed into the management mode of unattended or less person in substation. First, the significance of substation monitoring system design is introduced, and the development status of substation integrated monitoring technology is introduced in detail. The design principle of substation monitoring system should follow reliability and flexibility. Compatibility requirements; The completed substation monitoring system is mainly responsible for the communication of control orders and the arrangement of operation tasks. Secondly, the platform design of 110kV substation monitoring system based on Kingview is realized. The monitoring system is mainly composed of mainframe, operator station and engineer station. Remote transmission workstation and other parts. The system structure of centralized control to achieve real-time operation information monitoring and equipment control, so that the dispatching automation system has the ability to monitor substation primary and secondary equipment. Complete the power supply Bureau of 110 kV substation, the first, secondary equipment remote communication, telemetry, remote control, remote adjustment. Remote viewing and other functions and substation to meet the requirements of centralized control center monitoring information. Kingview rich interface performance and the bottom equipment communication without professional programming. The man-machine interaction software of the monitoring system is also realized by Kingview software. The system has the functions of daily report, history report, print, history curve and event alarm. Finally, the design of the substation field video monitoring system is realized. The comprehensive monitoring of the substation not only improves the power quality and reliability, but also provides the necessary basis for the further construction and transformation of the power network. At the same time, it also provides a good platform for the research of substation monitoring mode.
