【摘要】:節(jié)能減排是應(yīng)對能源危機(jī)、環(huán)境污染的有效措施之一。電力行業(yè)是主要的化石能源消耗行業(yè),在節(jié)能減排中承擔(dān)著重要的義務(wù)。信息交互技術(shù)與能量儲(chǔ)存技術(shù)依托于智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展使需求側(cè)負(fù)荷成為調(diào)度資源并參與調(diào)度,從而使電力調(diào)度的節(jié)能減排工作面臨著新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。為此,本文從節(jié)能減排的角度入手,結(jié)合我國電力行業(yè)的特征,就可中斷負(fù)荷參與節(jié)能調(diào)度的理論與方法進(jìn)行了研究,具體研究工作如下: 首先,引入可中斷負(fù)荷(Interruptible Load, IL)作為調(diào)度資源參與節(jié)能發(fā)電調(diào)度,平緩負(fù)荷曲線,降低峰谷差,以提高節(jié)能發(fā)電調(diào)度的節(jié)能效益;诨痣姍C(jī)組邊際能耗和平均能耗的分析,闡述火電機(jī)組的能耗特性。在分析可中斷負(fù)荷對節(jié)能發(fā)電調(diào)度的影響的基礎(chǔ)上,提出邊際節(jié)能指數(shù)和綜合節(jié)能指數(shù)分別用以評估負(fù)荷尖峰所具有的節(jié)能潛力與整體可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)度計(jì)劃的節(jié)能效益。在此基礎(chǔ)上給出了可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)度節(jié)能效益評估流程。最后,通過仿真驗(yàn)證可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)度作為節(jié)能發(fā)電調(diào)度的補(bǔ)充提高其節(jié)能效益的可行性和有效性以及評估方法的有效性。 其次,提出了逐步獨(dú)立尋優(yōu)思路用以制定可中斷負(fù)荷參與的節(jié)能調(diào)度計(jì)劃;诘诙聦(jié)能潛力評估的分析,初步確定尖峰負(fù)荷的削減電量,進(jìn)而得出差值負(fù)荷曲線將可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)度問題獨(dú)立。提出了基于匹配度和單位平衡成本約束的深層遍歷的優(yōu)先順序法來求解可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)度模型。根據(jù)可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)度計(jì)劃對節(jié)能發(fā)電調(diào)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行修正,以消除調(diào)度計(jì)劃與實(shí)際負(fù)荷需求之間的差值。通過算例驗(yàn)證了對調(diào)度計(jì)劃逐步尋優(yōu)的思路和方法的可行性和有效性。 最后,,充分考慮碳捕集電廠的低碳效益對節(jié)能發(fā)電調(diào)度的影響,提出了差異化調(diào)度理論,達(dá)到降低發(fā)電過程中的碳排放量的目的。對尖峰負(fù)荷時(shí)段碳捕集電廠和常規(guī)火電廠分別呈現(xiàn)出發(fā)電能耗高與碳排放量大的現(xiàn)象和原因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。本文提出了兼顧節(jié)能效益和低碳效益的可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)度方法。通過算例證明可中斷負(fù)荷調(diào)度計(jì)劃能夠兼顧節(jié)能與低碳雙重效益。 本文圍繞可中斷負(fù)荷參與節(jié)能調(diào)度的理論與方法展開研究,所做工作對推進(jìn)電力行業(yè)的節(jié)能減排工作,提高電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)性具有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Energy conservation is one of effective measures to cope with the energy crisis and environmental pollution. Electric power industry is the main consumption of fossil energy, in energy saving and emission reduction plays an important duty. The development of the information interactive technology and energy storage technology based on smart grid makes the demand side load for scheduling resources and participate in scheduling, so that the electric power dispatch energy saving and emission reduction work is facing new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, this article from the perspective of energy saving and emission reduction, combined with the characteristics of China's electric power industry, on the interruptible load participating in the theory and method of energy saving scheduling is studied, the main research work is as follows:
First of all, the introduction of interruptible load (Interruptible, Load, IL) as scheduling resources involved in energy-saving power generation dispatching, smooth load curve, reduce the peak valley difference, in order to improve the energy efficiency of energy-saving power generation dispatching. To analyze the thermal marginal energy and average energy based on energy consumption characteristics of fire motor group. Based on the energy saving effect of interruptible load power dispatch in the analysis, put forward the marginal energy saving index and comprehensive energy conservation index can interrupt the energy-saving benefit of load scheduling with energy saving potential and to assess the overall load peak is. Based on the presented assessment process interrupt load dispatching of energy efficiency. Finally, through the simulation of interruptible load scheduling as a supplement energy saving generation dispatching to improve the effectiveness of the feasibility and effectiveness of the energy-saving benefit and evaluation methods.
Secondly, put forward the optimization ideas gradually separate to make interruptible load involved in the energy saving scheduling plan. The second chapter analyzes the evaluation of energy saving potential based on the preliminary determination of the peak load power cuts, and travel will value the load curve of interruptible load scheduling problem is proposed. The independent priority method of deep traversal matching degree and unit the balance of the cost based constraint to solve the interruptible load dispatch model. According to the dispatch of interruptible load plan on energy saving generation dispatching plan revision, to eliminate the difference between the requirements of dispatching plan and actual load. Through the numerical example to verify the feasibility of the scheduling plan gradually found ideas and methods better and effective.
Finally, considering the effect of low carbon benefits of carbon capture power plant for energy-saving generation dispatching, puts forward the differentiated scheduling theory, to reduce carbon emissions in the process of generating electricity. The purpose of the phenomenon and reason of high energy consumption and carbon emissions to peak load periods of large carbon capture power plant and conventional power plant respectively. Presented in detail. This paper proposes both energy efficiency and low carbon benefits of interruptible load dispatch method. It is proved that the interruptible load scheduling plan can be both energy and low carbon benefits.
This paper focuses on the theory and method of interruptible load participating in energy saving scheduling. The work has a certain reference value for promoting the energy saving and emission reduction in power industry and improving the economic performance of power system operation.
