【摘要】:永磁無刷直流電機(jī)具有轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出大、效率高、響應(yīng)速度快、壽命與可靠性高等特點(diǎn),因此在辦公自動(dòng)化、數(shù)碼電子、工業(yè)控制、汽車領(lǐng)域以及醫(yī)療設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。但是采用方波驅(qū)動(dòng)的無刷直流電機(jī)存在有轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)問題。對(duì)于高精度高可靠性要求的系統(tǒng),如何抑制轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)則是衡量其性能的重要依據(jù)。近年來,通過增加前級(jí)直流變換器,調(diào)節(jié)在換相期間的母線直流電壓,成為抑制換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的控制方法之一。本文首先闡述了無刷直流電機(jī)換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的幾種原因,對(duì)換相期間相電流出現(xiàn)的幾種情況進(jìn)行了分析,驗(yàn)證了增加前級(jí)直流變換器來抑制換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)方法的效果,建立了抑制轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)所需的換相電壓,換相時(shí)間的參數(shù)模型。同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)單介紹了準(zhǔn)Z源直流變換器的工作原理及其特點(diǎn),并對(duì)變換器的電子元器件參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)提出了參考方案。接著,在MATLAB/Simulink環(huán)境下對(duì)無刷直流電機(jī)換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)抑制方法進(jìn)行仿真,對(duì)獲取的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。仿真結(jié)果證明,該電路能夠動(dòng)態(tài)的抑制換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng),穩(wěn)態(tài)情況下轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)可以減少到8%以下,同時(shí)能夠適當(dāng)提高平均輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩。最后,搭建了基于STM32控制芯片的無刷直流電機(jī)控制電路,詳細(xì)的介紹了硬件電路各個(gè)部分結(jié)構(gòu)以及參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)方法,換相轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)抑制的軟件控制算法,分析了不同轉(zhuǎn)速情況下的相電流波形。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明本文提出的無刷直流電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)抑制方法可靠有效。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet brushless DC motor has the characteristics of large torque output, high efficiency, high response speed, high life and reliability, so in office automation, digital electronics, industrial control. Automobile and medical equipment are widely used. However, there is torque ripple problem in brushless DC motor driven by square wave, which requires high precision and high reliability. How to suppress torque ripple is an important basis to evaluate its performance. In recent years, the bus DC voltage during commutation period is adjusted by adding forward DC converter. It is one of the control methods to restrain commutation torque ripple. Firstly, several reasons of commutation torque ripple of brushless DC motor are described, and several situations of phase current during commutation are analyzed. The effect of the method of restraining commutation torque ripple by adding the former DC / DC converter is verified, and the commutation voltage needed to suppress the torque ripple is established. At the same time, the working principle and characteristics of quasi-Z-source DC / DC converter are briefly introduced, and the reference scheme for the design of the electronic components parameters of the converter is put forward. The commutation torque ripple suppression method of brushless DC motor is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink environment, and the obtained experimental data are analyzed. The circuit can dynamically suppress commutation torque ripple, steady state torque ripple can be reduced to less than 8%, at the same time can improve the average output torque. Finally. The brushless DC motor control circuit based on STM32 control chip is built. The hardware circuit structure and parameter design method and the software control algorithm of commutation torque ripple suppression are introduced in detail. The phase current waveform at different rotational speeds is analyzed and the experimental results show that the proposed torque ripple suppression method for brushless DC motor is reliable and effective.
