【摘要】:分布式發(fā)電具有節(jié)省投資、降低能耗、少污染、高可靠性和靈活性等優(yōu)點。在追求環(huán)境友好型和能源可持續(xù)發(fā)展的今天,分布式發(fā)電是對大電網(wǎng)的有力補充,具有著良好的發(fā)展趨勢。大容量儲能逆變器能夠滿足電網(wǎng)的“削峰填谷”調(diào)度要求,作為一種分布式發(fā)電系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)﹄娔苓M行有效的利用。然而,隨著分布式發(fā)電系統(tǒng)的廣泛應(yīng)用,孤島效應(yīng)發(fā)生的概率也隨之增大,孤島效應(yīng)引發(fā)的嚴(yán)重安全問題不容忽視。本文對儲能逆變器系統(tǒng)的反孤島檢測技術(shù)進行了深入的研究,本文研究主要內(nèi)容如下。介紹本文課題的研究背景,指出本文的研究意義并就相關(guān)問題對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了概述。介紹了三相儲能逆變器系統(tǒng)主電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、控制策略和其工作原理;對孤島的定義、原理以及孤島檢測的重要問題進行了介紹。對常用的孤島檢測方法進行了原理分析與對比介紹,并建立了相應(yīng)的仿真模型,針對兩種主要的反孤島策略:主動移頻(Active frequency drift,AFD)法和滑模頻移(Slip Mode Frequency Shift,SMS)法進行了深入討論、仿真并給出了一定條件下的檢測盲區(qū)分布圖。分析了主動移移頻(AFD)法在三相儲能逆變器中不能直接應(yīng)用的原因,結(jié)合主動移頻(AFD)法和三相儲能逆變器的控制特點,提出了一種改進的基于正反饋的同步矢量孤島檢測算法,從理論和仿真上驗證了方法的可行性,然后根據(jù)無功電流iq和公共點頻率f的關(guān)系特性,提出了一種基于iq-f特性曲線的參數(shù)、方向自適應(yīng)孤島檢測算法,搭建了儲能逆變器反孤島檢測仿真模型。通過Matlab軟件和實驗平臺對提到的主要孤島檢測算法和關(guān)鍵問題進行仿真和現(xiàn)場實驗,實驗驗證了理論分析的正確性同時也表明了所提出的算法具有方向自適應(yīng)和擾動系數(shù)自適應(yīng)優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:Distributed generation has the advantages of saving investment, reducing energy consumption, reducing pollution, high reliability and flexibility. In the pursuit of environmentally friendly and energy sustainable development today, distributed generation is a powerful complement to large power grid. There is a good development trend. Large capacity energy storage inverter can meet the power grid "peak and valley" scheduling requirements, as a distributed generation system can make effective use of electricity. However. With the wide application of distributed generation system, the probability of islanding effect also increases. The serious security problems caused by the islanding effect can not be ignored. The anti-islanding detection technology of the energy storage inverter system is deeply studied in this paper. The main contents of this study are as follows. The research background of this paper is introduced. The research significance of this paper is pointed out, and the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized. The main circuit topology, control strategy and working principle of three-phase energy storage inverter system are introduced. The definition, principle and important problems of islanding detection are introduced. The common methods of islanding detection are analyzed and compared, and the corresponding simulation model is established. There are two main anti-islanding strategies: active frequency drift. The AFDs method and sliding-mode shift Mode Frequency shift method are discussed in detail. The blind area distribution diagram under certain conditions is given, and the reason why the active frequency shift AFD-method can not be directly applied in three-phase energy storage inverter is analyzed. An improved synchronous vector islanding detection algorithm based on positive feedback is proposed based on the active frequency shift AFDs method and the control characteristics of three-phase energy storage inverter. The feasibility of the method is verified theoretically and by simulation. Then according to the relationship between reactive current iq and common frequency f, a directional adaptive islanding detection algorithm based on iq-f characteristic curve is proposed. The anti-islanding detection simulation model of energy storage inverter is built. The main islanding detection algorithms and key problems mentioned above are simulated and tested by Matlab software and experimental platform. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and show that the proposed algorithm has the advantages of directional adaptation and perturbation coefficient adaptation.
