水泵水輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)輪區(qū)域脈動(dòng)特性分析

【摘要】:為了揭示水泵水輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)輪區(qū)域壓力脈動(dòng)特性,選取模型水泵水輪機(jī)為對(duì)象.基于Realizable k-ε湍流模型,對(duì)模型水泵水輪機(jī)不同運(yùn)行工況進(jìn)行三維非定常數(shù)值計(jì)算,研究水泵水輪機(jī)在不同水頭下帶部分負(fù)荷時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)輪區(qū)域的脈動(dòng)特性.研究結(jié)果表明:30%負(fù)荷情況下,隨著水頭的增加,轉(zhuǎn)輪區(qū)壓力脈動(dòng)逐漸劇烈;在1個(gè)周期內(nèi),轉(zhuǎn)輪上冠的壓力脈動(dòng)在時(shí)域特性上呈現(xiàn)周期性變化,而轉(zhuǎn)輪出口軸線和與尾水管交界面處壓力脈動(dòng)在時(shí)域上相對(duì)紊亂;轉(zhuǎn)輪上冠處壓力脈動(dòng)從進(jìn)口邊到出口邊逐漸增大,其主頻都為葉頻,轉(zhuǎn)輪出口邊軸線上壓力脈動(dòng)都屬于低頻脈動(dòng),沿著負(fù)Z軸方向壓力脈動(dòng)幅值逐漸減小,轉(zhuǎn)輪與尾水管交界面上壓力脈動(dòng)主頻隨著水頭的增加逐漸減小,幅值的變化規(guī)律卻相反.
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the characteristics of pressure pulsation in the runner region of the pump turbine, the model pump turbine is selected as the object, based on the Realizable k- 蔚 turbulence model. Three-dimensional unsteady numerical calculation of the model pump turbine under different operating conditions is carried out. The pulsation characteristics of the runner region of the pump turbine with partial loads under different water heads are studied. The results show that the pressure pulsation in the runner region becomes more and more intense with the increase of water head when the load is 30%. In one cycle, the pressure pulsation of the upper crown of the runner changes periodically in time domain, while the pressure pulsation at the outlet axis of the runner and the interface between the runner and the draft tube is relatively disordered in the time domain. The pressure pulsation at the crown of the runner increases gradually from the inlet side to the outlet edge, and the main frequency is blade frequency. The pressure pulsation on the axis of the runner outlet edge belongs to low frequency pulsation, and the amplitude of pressure fluctuation along the negative Z axis decreases gradually. The main frequency of pressure pulsation at the interface between runner and draft pipe decreases with the increase of water head, but the change of amplitude is opposite.
