有機(jī)硅絕緣密封膠熱老化性能的研究

【摘要】:以乙烯基硅油、含氫硅油、二氧化硅為主要原料,苯基硅油和氧化鐵為耐熱添加劑,制備了有機(jī)硅絕緣密封膠。研究了苯基硅油用量、氧化鐵用量以及兩者協(xié)同效應(yīng)對(duì)密封膠熱穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著苯基硅油、氧化鐵用量的增加,密封膠的耐老化性能明顯增強(qiáng);當(dāng)苯基硅油用量為10份,氧化鐵用量為6份時(shí),制得的密封膠熱穩(wěn)定性良好,經(jīng)300℃老化48 h后,其撕裂強(qiáng)度和粘接強(qiáng)度分別僅下降21.6%和6.7%,電氣強(qiáng)度僅下降6.1%,介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)基本保持不變;在苯基硅油和氧化鐵協(xié)同保護(hù)作用下,密封膠在420℃前的熱分解速率很低,大幅提高了密封膠的熱老化性能。
[Abstract]:Silicone insulating sealant was prepared with vinyl silicone oil, hydrogen-containing silicone oil, silica as main raw material, phenyl silicone oil and iron oxide as heat resistant additives. The amount of phenyl silicone oil was studied. The effect of iron oxide content and synergistic effect on the thermal stability of sealant. The results show that the aging resistance of sealant increases with the increase of phenyl silicon oil and the amount of iron oxide. When the amount of phenyl silicone oil is 10 phr and the amount of iron oxide is 6 phr, the sealant prepared has good thermal stability and is aged at 300 鈩,
