【摘要】:電力電纜應(yīng)用范圍廣闊,涉及電力、建筑、通信、制造等等供電及輔助系統(tǒng),與國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人民生活密切相關(guān)。為了提高電力系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行可靠性,減少電力故障的發(fā)生,及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的獲取電力電纜運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和故障信息,是電力系統(tǒng)的重要問題,也是提高供電可靠性、安全性的基本保障。 XLPE電纜作為高壓電纜的主流產(chǎn)品,,已經(jīng)取得越來(lái)越廣泛應(yīng)用。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)XLPE電纜的在線運(yùn)行監(jiān)測(cè),及時(shí)了解運(yùn)行中潛在隱患,掌握設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài),從而能夠采取相應(yīng)措施,減少因突發(fā)狀況造成的電網(wǎng)事故,提高供電的可靠性。課題針對(duì)XLPE電纜的局部放電問題,搭建運(yùn)行電纜的在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程。課題研究主要工作包括: (1)在調(diào)研XLPE電纜在生產(chǎn)、安裝、運(yùn)行過程中可能存在的各種缺陷的基礎(chǔ)上,確定實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的典型缺陷種類;針對(duì)XLPE電纜典型故障進(jìn)行模擬、仿真并制作典型缺陷模型。 (2)基于局部放電檢測(cè)電路模型,搭建電纜局放在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng);對(duì)制作的各種典型電纜故障模型進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證局放采集電路正確性。 (3)XLPE電纜在線監(jiān)測(cè)體系的整體構(gòu)建工作。具體工作有:XLPE電纜局部放電信號(hào)的采集、輸送回路的選擇和搭建;XLPE電纜分布式光纖測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用及其工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn);分析XLPE電纜多參量在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)所需后臺(tái)監(jiān)測(cè)軟件功能,并開發(fā)相應(yīng)的監(jiān)測(cè)軟件。 (4)進(jìn)行220kV高壓電纜在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)實(shí)際工程建設(shè),建成集局部放電、運(yùn)行溫度于一體的實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),并且監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了遠(yuǎn)程訪問和監(jiān)控,為運(yùn)行技術(shù)人員實(shí)時(shí)分析電纜運(yùn)行狀態(tài)提供了技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:Power cable has a wide range of applications, involving power, construction, communications, manufacturing and other power supply and auxiliary systems, closely related to national economic development and people's lives. In order to improve the operational reliability of the power system. It is an important problem of power system to reduce the occurrence of power failure and obtain the operation state and fault information of power cable timely and accurately. It is also the basic guarantee to improve the reliability and safety of power supply. As the mainstream product of high-voltage cable, XLPE cable has been more and more widely used. In order to realize the on-line operation monitoring of XLPE cable, understand the potential hidden trouble in operation in time, and master the running state of equipment. Therefore, the corresponding measures can be taken to reduce the power network accidents caused by sudden situation and improve the reliability of power supply. Aiming at the partial discharge problem of XLPE cable, the on-line monitoring system of running cable is built. Application in practical engineering. The main research work includes: 1) on the basis of investigating various defects that may exist in the production, installation and operation of XLPE cables, the typical types of defects in actual production are determined. The typical fault of XLPE cable is simulated and the typical defect model is made. 2) based on the partial discharge detection circuit model, the cable line detection system is built, and the various typical cable fault models are tested in laboratory to verify the correctness of the local discharge acquisition circuit. The whole construction of on-line monitoring system for XLPE cable is carried out. The concrete work includes the collection of partial discharge signal of the cable, the selection and construction of transmission circuit; The application and working standard of XLPE cable distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system; The function of background monitoring software for XLPE cable multi-parameter on-line monitoring system is analyzed, and the corresponding monitoring software is developed. The real engineering construction of 220 kV HV cable on-line monitoring system is carried out. A real-time on-line monitoring system with partial discharge and operating temperature is built, and the remote access and monitoring of monitoring data are realized. It provides technical guarantee for real-time analysis of cable running state.
