【摘要】:自我國十一五節(jié)能減排取得顯著成效后,國務(wù)院又發(fā)布了節(jié)能減排十二五規(guī)劃,對(duì)節(jié)能減排的目標(biāo)提出了新的要求。目前我國節(jié)能理念已深入人心,全民節(jié)能環(huán)保意識(shí)不斷加強(qiáng),作為企業(yè),通過實(shí)施節(jié)能改進(jìn),不僅可以降低能耗成本,增加經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)也能緩解社會(huì)能源消耗的壓力,提高企業(yè)的社會(huì)形象,創(chuàng)建環(huán)境友好型、資源節(jié)約型的企業(yè)和社會(huì)貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。所以如何控制并降低設(shè)備能耗水平成了每個(gè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)必要的研究內(nèi)容。在火力發(fā)電廠中,風(fēng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)耗電量是廠用電率的重要組成部分。本文通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)、理論分析、方案研究,了解某325MW火電機(jī)組送、引風(fēng)機(jī)熱態(tài)性能及目前運(yùn)行狀況。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析節(jié)能空間,提出與系統(tǒng)相匹配的合理的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)和節(jié)能改造建議。對(duì)節(jié)能改造建議進(jìn)行可行性論證、投資與回收時(shí)間計(jì)算。進(jìn)而為該火電廠其余3臺(tái)機(jī)組運(yùn)行提供指導(dǎo)依據(jù),并供電力行業(yè)同類型發(fā)電機(jī)組的節(jié)能和改造工作做為參考和推廣。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th Five-Year Plan has achieved remarkable results, the State Council has issued the 12th Five-Year Plan of Energy Saving and Emission reduction, which puts forward new requirements for the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. At present, the concept of energy conservation in China has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection of the whole people is constantly strengthened. As an enterprise, energy saving and improvement can not only reduce the cost of energy consumption, increase economic benefits, but also alleviate the pressure of social energy consumption. Improve the social image of enterprises and create environment-friendly. Resource-saving enterprises and society contribute their own strength. Therefore, how to control and reduce the level of equipment energy consumption has become a necessary research content for every production enterprise. The power consumption of fan system is an important part of the auxiliary power consumption. This paper, through field test, theoretical analysis and scheme study, understands the transmission of a 325MW thermal power unit. According to the test results, the energy saving space is analyzed, and the reasonable design parameters and energy saving renovation suggestions matching with the system are put forward, and the feasibility of the energy saving reconstruction suggestions is demonstrated. The calculation of investment and recovery time provides the guidance basis for the operation of the remaining 3 generating units in the power plant and provides a reference for the energy-saving and retrofit work of the same type of generating units in the power industry as a reference and extension.
