【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,電力系統(tǒng)的機(jī)構(gòu)越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,電力需求也在不斷增加,整個(gè)社會(huì)對(duì)電力的依賴性越來(lái)越強(qiáng)。電力已成為國(guó)家的主要能源和經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈之一,電力系統(tǒng)的安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、優(yōu)質(zhì)運(yùn)行,也成為關(guān)系國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要因素。近年來(lái),世界范圍內(nèi)的多次大停電事故又顯示出現(xiàn)代電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行固有的脆弱性,停電事故對(duì)人們生活的影響不言而喻。如何有效地避免大面積停電事故,把可能會(huì)發(fā)生的停電事故消滅在萌芽狀態(tài),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)停電事故的苗頭,發(fā)生停電事故后如何把影響減到最少,這些都依賴于電網(wǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)以及調(diào)控員通過(guò)電網(wǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)處理事故的能力,也就是需要一個(gè)可靠的電網(wǎng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)加有事故處理能力的調(diào)控員。調(diào)控員處理事故的能力跟個(gè)人的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)有很大關(guān)系,個(gè)人工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累的途徑除了實(shí)際的事故處理,另外一個(gè)途徑就是模擬事故演練?梢(jiàn),這些問(wèn)題的解決都需要從提高電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)可靠性上入手。根據(jù)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司“三集五大”體系總體構(gòu)建思路和大運(yùn)行體系建設(shè)的總體要求,要實(shí)現(xiàn)深化專業(yè)縱向集約,實(shí)施地縣調(diào)一體化運(yùn)作,擴(kuò)展遠(yuǎn)方操作范圍,提升設(shè)備監(jiān)控運(yùn)行管理水平,構(gòu)建集中統(tǒng)一、權(quán)責(zé)明晰、工作協(xié)同、規(guī)范高效的電網(wǎng)大運(yùn)行體系目標(biāo),必須建設(shè)一個(gè)能夠適應(yīng)地縣一體化發(fā)展方向,充分體現(xiàn)信息化、自動(dòng)化、互動(dòng)化和智能化等特征的智能調(diào)度技術(shù)支撐系統(tǒng),滿足地調(diào)、縣調(diào)對(duì)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度運(yùn)行、設(shè)備集中監(jiān)控等“大運(yùn)行”業(yè)務(wù)需求。本文從調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)主站、傳輸通道以及調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)分站、后備電源、防雷等幾個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)可靠性影響進(jìn)行了深入分析研究,提出了提高可靠性的設(shè)計(jì)方案。這項(xiàng)工作不僅具有戰(zhàn)略的必要性,而且具有時(shí)代的緊迫性。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the mechanism of power system more and more complex, the power demand is also increasing, the whole society of power become increasingly dependent. Electric power has become one of the main energy and the country's economic lifeline, power system security, economic operation, high quality, has become an important factor in national economy and society the development of the relationship. In recent years, in the world many blackouts showed the vulnerability of the generation and power grid operation inherent power outages, the impact on people's lives is self-evident. How to effectively avoid blackouts accidents may occur, the blackout accident nipped in the bud, discover the blackout signs. The power failure accident of how to reduce the impact to a minimum, these are dependent on the grid monitoring system and control through the ability to deal with the accident monitoring system of power grid, there is a need to Grid monitoring system with reliable control member accident handling ability. Have a great relationship with the ability of regulation to deal with the accident of personal experience, way of personal work experience accumulated in addition to handling the actual accident, another way is to simulate the accident drills. Therefore, to solve these problems need to start from improving the reliability of power grid dispatching automation system. According to the national Power Grid Corp "three overall set five" system overall construction ideas and operation system construction requirements, to deepen the professional intensive implementation of the county longitudinal integration, extended operation, remote operation range, improve operation and management level of construction equipment monitoring, centralized and unified, clear responsibilities, work, power high standard and efficient operation system goal, we must build a county to adapt to the trend of integration, fully reflect the information technology, automation, interactive The supporting system of intelligent scheduling technology and intelligent characteristics, to meet the county, operation of the power grid dispatching, monitoring and other big operation business needs. The dispatching automation master station system, transmission channel and dispatching automation system of substation, backup power supply, lightning protection and other aspects of the impact of the dispatching automation system reliability the analysis and research, put forward to improve the design reliability. This work not only has the necessity and urgency of the strategy, with the times.
