抑制分裂導(dǎo)線次檔距振蕩的間隔棒優(yōu)化布置技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:輸電線路作為電網(wǎng)中重要的組成部分,其安全運(yùn)行關(guān)系到國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。隨著輸電線路的電壓等級(jí)逐步提高,分裂導(dǎo)線以其優(yōu)越的抑制電暈和減小電抗等性能被特高壓、超高壓輸電線路廣泛使用。然而,分裂導(dǎo)線有其特有的風(fēng)致振動(dòng)現(xiàn)象——次檔距振蕩,對(duì)輸電導(dǎo)線及其金具的安全運(yùn)行有著極大的威脅。因此急需在抑制次檔距振蕩的技術(shù)上進(jìn)行深入研究以保證輸電線路安全運(yùn)行。 本文對(duì)分裂導(dǎo)線次檔距振蕩現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了研究,從次檔距振蕩的本質(zhì)入手分析其誘因,針對(duì)云南電網(wǎng)公司曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過(guò)次檔距振蕩現(xiàn)象的220kV麗海線,利用ADINA軟件搭建雙分裂CFD模型,進(jìn)行CFD數(shù)值仿真,得到背風(fēng)子導(dǎo)線處在迎風(fēng)子導(dǎo)線尾流中不同位置的氣動(dòng)力變化特性,并對(duì)次檔距振蕩發(fā)生的風(fēng)速范圍進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,獲得不同風(fēng)速下的背風(fēng)子導(dǎo)線的氣動(dòng)力變化特性;基于對(duì)云網(wǎng)發(fā)生過(guò)分裂導(dǎo)線次檔距振蕩現(xiàn)象的調(diào)研和對(duì)分裂導(dǎo)線進(jìn)行CFD數(shù)值仿真,分析了分裂導(dǎo)線次檔距振蕩的影響因素。 針對(duì)目前普遍采用的通過(guò)布置間隔棒來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)抑制次檔距振蕩的防護(hù)措施,本文總結(jié)和參考以往的布置經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了間隔棒優(yōu)化布置方法,確定優(yōu)化布置目標(biāo)函數(shù)和約束條件,采用懲罰函數(shù)外點(diǎn)法對(duì)間隔棒的布置進(jìn)行優(yōu)化計(jì)算,基于matlab軟件平臺(tái),編寫最大次檔距、端次檔距、間隔棒數(shù)量和平均次檔距的計(jì)算程序,以及優(yōu)化布置的計(jì)算程序。最后,基于MATLAB軟件的GUI (Graphical User Interfaces,圖形用戶界面)對(duì)優(yōu)化程序的M文件進(jìn)行處理、編譯,封裝成exe格式文件,開(kāi)發(fā)了間隔棒優(yōu)化布置軟件,提供用戶操作界面,通過(guò)輸入相應(yīng)參數(shù)便可快速得到各段次檔距的最優(yōu)值,為間隔棒的優(yōu)化布置計(jì)算提供了方便。
[Abstract]:As an important part of power network, the safe operation of transmission line is related to the development of national economy. Split conductors are widely used in UHV transmission lines because of their superior performance such as restraining corona and reducing reactance. However, splitting conductors have their unique wind-induced vibration phenomenon-substance-distance oscillation. It is a great threat to the safe operation of the transmission wire and its hardware, so it is urgent to study the technology of restraining the sub-gap oscillation in order to ensure the safe operation of the transmission line. In this paper, the phenomenon of secondary distance oscillation of split conductor is studied, and its inducement is analyzed from the essence of secondary distance oscillation, aiming at 220 kV Lihai line which once occurred in Yunnan Power Grid Company. The double-split CFD model is built by using ADINA software, and the CFD numerical simulation is carried out, and the aerodynamic characteristics of the leeward conductor in different positions in the wake of the windward traverse are obtained. The wind speed range of the sub-space oscillation is simulated and the aerodynamic characteristics of the sub-conductors under different wind speeds are obtained. Based on the investigation of the phenomenon of over-splitting traverse sub-spacing oscillation in cloud network and the CFD numerical simulation of split traverse, the influencing factors of splitting traverse sub-span oscillation are analyzed. In view of the commonly used protection measures to suppress the secondary spacing oscillation by arranging the spacer rods, this paper summarizes and refers to the previous layout experience, and puts forward the optimal layout method of the spacer rods. The optimal layout objective function and constraint conditions are determined and the penalty function outer point method is used to optimize the layout of spacer rods. Based on the matlab software platform, the maximum secondary distance and the end interval are compiled. The calculation program for the number of spacers and the average subspace, as well as the program for optimizing the arrangement. Finally. Based on MATLAB software GUI graphical User interfaces (graphical user interface) to optimize the program M file processing, compilation. Encapsulated into the exe format file, developed the spacer rod optimization arrangement software, provided the user operation interface, through input the corresponding parameter can quickly obtain the each segment order space optimal value. It is convenient to calculate the optimal arrangement of spacer rods.
