【摘要】:我國經(jīng)濟(jì)多年快速發(fā)展,作為領(lǐng)頭羊之一的珠江三角洲地區(qū)發(fā)展更是日新月異。經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶動了電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,配電網(wǎng)作為電力企業(yè)電能輸送的最后環(huán)節(jié),其重要性也是日益顯著。如何做好電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,保證電網(wǎng)安全、穩(wěn)定、可靠和經(jīng)濟(jì)運行,是電力企業(yè)的重要工作之一。 本論文通過闡述了國內(nèi)外配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的狀況及發(fā)展趨勢,提出了當(dāng)前配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃存在的問題。基于惠陽地區(qū)發(fā)展態(tài)勢和現(xiàn)狀電網(wǎng),根據(jù)歷史用電情況、近期大用戶報裝情況和電量負(fù)荷預(yù)測,并且在遵循規(guī)劃技術(shù)原則基礎(chǔ)上,確定規(guī)劃思路,提出規(guī)劃方案。將此規(guī)劃方案與目標(biāo)網(wǎng)架進(jìn)行對比分析,保證規(guī)劃方案和規(guī)劃思路相一致。進(jìn)一步細(xì)化規(guī)劃方案,落實建設(shè)項目,并進(jìn)行投資估算。最后,通過現(xiàn)存問題解決情況、規(guī)劃技術(shù)原則的落實情況、供電可靠性、線損率四方面綜合評估得出結(jié)論。 本論文是在分析配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案的基礎(chǔ)上,,根據(jù)廣東電網(wǎng)公司的要求和政府規(guī)劃,結(jié)合地方的配網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀,提出惠陽地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的建設(shè)投資組合方案。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's economic development for many years, as one of the leaders of the Pearl River Delta region is change rapidly. The economic development drives the development of power distribution network as the last part of the electric power enterprise power transmission, its importance is also increasingly prominent. How to make the grid planning, to ensure network security, stability, reliability and economic operation that is one of the important work of the electric power enterprise.
This paper describes the status and development trend of domestic and international distribution network planning, put forward the existing distribution network planning problem. The development situation of Huiyang area and the status of power grid based on electricity according to the historical situation, the recent large user installation and electricity load forecasting, and follow the planning techniques based on the principles of determining planning ideas, the proposed planning scheme. The plan and target grid were analyzed to ensure consistent planning and planning ideas. To further refine the planning scheme, the implementation of construction projects, and investment estimation. Finally, to solve the existing problems through the implementation of planning, technology, principle of power supply reliability, comprehensive evaluation of four aspects of the line loss rate conclusion.
This paper is based on the analysis of distribution network planning, according to the requirements of Guangdong Grid Co and the government plan, combined with the current situation of local distribution network, put forward the construction investment portfolio plan of Huiyang distribution network planning.
