【摘要】:目前,分散控制系統(tǒng)(Distribution Control System,簡稱DCS)在各行各業(yè)都已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,譬如電力、石油、化工、冶金、制藥、環(huán)保等領(lǐng)域,且取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。DCS基本思想是分散控制、集中操作、分級管理、配置靈活以及組態(tài)方便,隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,以及各DCS廠家的競爭加劇,DCS軟硬件價(jià)格逐步下降,可靠性不斷提高,為分散控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大市場份額奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 本文作者針對基于火力發(fā)電廠煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)的分散控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用與實(shí)施來進(jìn)行研究,從火力發(fā)電廠煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)的基本原理和石灰石-石膏濕法煙氣脫硫技術(shù)的理論做研究分析,并通過對現(xiàn)階段主流的控制系統(tǒng)分析比較,結(jié)合電廠的實(shí)際情況,選用DCS作為脫硫的控制系統(tǒng)。闡述了脫硫系統(tǒng)的總體控制策略,設(shè)計(jì)了脫硫DCS控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理系統(tǒng)(DAS)、模擬量控制系統(tǒng)(MCS)、順序控制系統(tǒng)(SCS)和主要的聯(lián)鎖保護(hù),針對系統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用中的復(fù)雜而惡劣的應(yīng)用環(huán)境,通過對控制策略的改進(jìn)提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。從單體調(diào)試、分系統(tǒng)調(diào)試、整套調(diào)試及脫硫系統(tǒng)的168h試運(yùn)簡要介紹了脫硫的調(diào)試工作,,同時(shí)還講述了脫硫系統(tǒng)在試運(yùn)過程中遇到的主要問題及解決方案。 山西漳山電廠脫硫系統(tǒng)在整套調(diào)試和實(shí)際應(yīng)用期間,經(jīng)歷了各種負(fù)荷及運(yùn)行工況的考驗(yàn),主要系統(tǒng)均能連續(xù)、穩(wěn)定的正常投入運(yùn)行,通過DCS控制系統(tǒng),運(yùn)行人員能方便的控制各種參數(shù),確保了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,也充分驗(yàn)證了控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:At present, the distributed control system (Distribution Control System, referred to as DCS) in all walks of life have been widely used, such as electric power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other fields, and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits of.DCS basic thought is decentralized control, centralized operation, hierarchical management, flexible configuration and convenient configuration, with the development of computer technology, communication technology, the rapid development of network technology, as well as the DCS manufacturers competition, gradually decreased DCS hardware prices, increased reliability, and laid a solid foundation for the distributed control system to further expand market share.
In this paper the application and implementation of distributed control system of thermal power plant flue gas desulphurization system based on the research, from the basic principle of limestone and thermal power plant flue gas desulphurization system of gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology theory research and analysis, and compare the control system of the present mainstream analysis, combined with the actual situation of power plant, DCS was chosen as the control system of desulfurization. The control strategy of the desulfurization system, the design of data acquisition and processing system of desulfurization of DCS control system (DAS), analog control system (MCS), sequence control system (SCS) and the main interlock protection system for the application in the field of complex and harsh the application environment, through the improvement of control strategy to improve the reliability of the system. From the single debugging, system debugging, debugging and complete set of desulfurization system commissioning are briefly introduced and 168h At the same time, the main problems encountered in the process of the desulfurization system and the solutions are also described.
Shanxi Zhang Shan power plant desulfurization system during the whole debugging and practical application, through various load and operating conditions of the test, the main system can continuous, stable normal operation, through the DCS control system, operator can control various parameters conveniently, to ensure the stable operation of the system, but also fully validate the control system the reliability and stability.
