【摘要】:由于電力電子設(shè)備的非線性,,造成網(wǎng)側(cè)電流畸變,對電網(wǎng)的安全以及電能質(zhì)量造成了極大的影響。電力系統(tǒng)諧波污染的危害性已經(jīng)越來越引起人們的關(guān)注,國際上提出了很多方案用來解決傳統(tǒng)的大功率整流器電流諧波高,功率因素低的問題。由于三相PWM整流器具有輸出電壓恒定,輸入功率因數(shù)可調(diào),可以有效的降低諧波,甚至實現(xiàn)電能的雙向流動等優(yōu)點,PWM整流器常被用作電網(wǎng)與用電設(shè)備之間的接口,PWM整流技術(shù)以及高功率因素、低諧波的整流裝置的的研制已經(jīng)成為全世界研究的熱點。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容歸納如下: (1)本文首先介紹了普通三相PWM整流器的半橋主電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),并以主電路拓?fù)錇榛A(chǔ),介紹了PWM整流器在兩相靜止αβ坐標(biāo)和兩相旋轉(zhuǎn)dq坐標(biāo)下的數(shù)學(xué)模型。最后,從四象限變流原理出發(fā)分析了三相PWM整流器的工作原理以及工作過程,介紹了直接電流控制的控制方法,采用雙閉環(huán)控制策略,并采用SVPWM調(diào)制方法,可以使三相PWM整流器運行在高功率或者達(dá)到單位功率因數(shù)狀態(tài)。 (2)以TI公司DSP芯片TMS320F28335為核心,設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的總體方案,包括控制器的選型以及整個系統(tǒng)的框架。設(shè)計了三相PWM整流器的硬件部分包括信號調(diào)理板,主控板,輔助電源板,主電路,驅(qū)動板。詳細(xì)介紹了每一塊電路板的設(shè)計步驟,參數(shù)選擇,設(shè)計原理圖,將設(shè)計的電路板組成一套三相高功率因數(shù)PWM整流器樣機。 (3)設(shè)計了基于三相高功率因數(shù)PWM整流器樣機的軟件系統(tǒng),采用CCS進行軟件編程,包括主程序和各種中斷程序,給出了詳細(xì)的程序流程圖。 最后對系統(tǒng)進行了MATLAB仿真以及實物裝置測試,結(jié)果表明:三相PWM整流器實現(xiàn)了電網(wǎng)電流電壓同頻同相,功率因數(shù)接近于1,減小了系統(tǒng)對電網(wǎng)的諧波污染,并且系統(tǒng)具有良好的動態(tài)性能,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:Because of the nonlinearity of power electronic equipment, the distortion of grid side current has a great impact on the security of power network and the power quality. The harm of harmonic pollution in power system has been paid more and more attention. Many schemes have been put forward to solve the problems of high current harmonic and low power factor in traditional high power rectifier. Because the output voltage of three-phase PWM rectifier is constant, the input power factor can be adjusted. PWM rectifier can effectively reduce harmonics, even realize the bi-directional flow of electric energy. PWM rectifier is often used as the interface between power grid and electrical equipment, as well as high power factor. The research of low harmonic rectifier has become a hot topic in the world. The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows: This paper first introduces the half-bridge main circuit topology of the ordinary three-phase PWM rectifier, and based on the main circuit topology. The mathematical model of PWM rectifier under two phase static 偽 尾 coordinate and two phase rotating dq coordinate is introduced. Finally, the working principle and working process of three phase PWM rectifier are analyzed based on the four quadrant variable current principle. The control method of direct current control is introduced in this paper. Using double closed loop control strategy and SVPWM modulation method, three-phase PWM rectifier can be operated in high power or unit power factor state. Based on the DSP chip TMS320F28335 of TI Company, the overall scheme of the system is designed. The hardware of three-phase PWM rectifier includes signal conditioning board, main control board, auxiliary power supply board and main circuit. The design steps, parameter selection and design schematic of each circuit board are introduced in detail. A set of three-phase high power factor PWM rectifier prototype is formed by the designed circuit board. The software system based on three-phase high-power factor PWM rectifier prototype is designed. The software program is programmed by CCS, including main program and various interrupt programs, and the detailed program flow chart is given. Finally, the MATLAB simulation and physical device test are carried out. The results show that the three-phase PWM rectifier achieves the same frequency and phase of current and voltage, and the power factor is close to 1. The harmonic pollution of the system is reduced, and the system has good dynamic performance and meets the expected design requirements.
