【摘要】:風(fēng)力發(fā)電行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)新能源快速發(fā)展的重要力量,極大地推動(dòng)了我國(guó)能源體制改革。但是風(fēng)機(jī)的故障也隨著并網(wǎng)風(fēng)機(jī)的增大而增多,風(fēng)電機(jī)組的性能評(píng)估對(duì)于風(fēng)電機(jī)組的運(yùn)行和維護(hù)都有重大意義?煽啃允秋L(fēng)電機(jī)組設(shè)備的一個(gè)重要概念,是一個(gè)非常重要的質(zhì)量指標(biāo)。可靠性技術(shù)發(fā)展到今天,通過(guò)可靠性特征量的計(jì)算,可以給出各種定量的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。有了這些可靠性定量評(píng)價(jià)的特征量,使風(fēng)電機(jī)組在可靠性評(píng)定方面有了明確而有統(tǒng)一的方法,為風(fēng)電機(jī)組的制造商和使用客戶提供統(tǒng)一的評(píng)價(jià)平臺(tái)。本文在通過(guò)實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)用bin方法繪制了功率曲線圖,利用風(fēng)電機(jī)組的輸出功率參數(shù)對(duì)其性能進(jìn)行可靠性評(píng)價(jià)。該方法利用風(fēng)電機(jī)組的運(yùn)行功率曲線、制造商承諾功率曲線和理論功率曲線,構(gòu)造風(fēng)電機(jī)組的性能測(cè)試量,通過(guò)概率論和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法,建立基于風(fēng)電機(jī)組輸出性能的可靠性分析方法,通過(guò)實(shí)際機(jī)組數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證,該方法能夠客觀有效的對(duì)機(jī)組的可靠性和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of wind power industry has become an important force in the rapid development of new energy in China, which has greatly promoted the energy system reform in China. However, the fault of wind turbine also increases with the increase of grid-connected fan. The performance evaluation of wind turbine is of great significance to the operation and maintenance of wind turbine. Reliability is an important concept of wind turbine equipment and a very important quality index. Through the calculation of reliability characteristic quantity, various quantitative evaluation indexes can be given. With these characteristics of reliability quantitative evaluation, there is a clear and unified method for reliability evaluation of wind turbine units. This paper provides a unified evaluation platform for the manufacturer and user of wind turbine. In this paper, the power curve is drawn by bin method through the actual operation data. The reliability of the wind turbine is evaluated by the output power parameters of the wind turbine. The method uses the operating power curve of the wind turbine, the manufacturer's commitment power curve and the theoretical power curve. Through probability theory and mathematical statistics, a reliability analysis method based on wind turbine output performance is established, which is verified by actual unit data. This method can evaluate the reliability and quality of the unit objectively and effectively.
