【摘要】:根據(jù)“統(tǒng)一調(diào)度、分級管理”原則,電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)可被劃分為省級電網(wǎng)、地級電網(wǎng)和配電網(wǎng)三個傳輸環(huán)節(jié)。多環(huán)節(jié)系統(tǒng)可靠性是指由電源向負荷,,經(jīng)過各個傳輸環(huán)節(jié)逐級傳遞,最終以供電可靠性指標來表征?陀^定量評估電網(wǎng)多環(huán)節(jié)系統(tǒng)可靠性,能夠深入挖掘輸電網(wǎng)與配電網(wǎng)之間的作用機理,全面量化輸電網(wǎng)的可靠性水平對配電網(wǎng)可靠性的影響,全局把握電網(wǎng)的整體運行狀況以實現(xiàn)安全、穩(wěn)定、可靠的運行目標。為此,本文所完成的主要工作和成果如下: 1)以傳統(tǒng)電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)態(tài)充裕度評估理論為基礎(chǔ),提出了新的算法和運算技術(shù)來保證計算精度的同時提高評估速度。以回路作為基本單位構(gòu)建預想事故集合,并提出煙囪排序算法進一步減少無效的系統(tǒng)狀態(tài);針對發(fā)電機故障狀態(tài)下機組再調(diào)度問題,提出按比例分配的經(jīng)濟方案并確保發(fā)電機在出力范圍內(nèi);校正措施模型采用基于交流潮流的最優(yōu)負荷削減模型;基于以上理論,充分挖掘當前計算機信息處理技術(shù)的潛力,研發(fā)大電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)態(tài)充裕度評估軟件系統(tǒng),并以IEEE RTS-79為算例驗證算法的有效性。 2)提出基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)等值的電網(wǎng)多環(huán)節(jié)系統(tǒng)可靠性評估方法。從網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)角度看,輸電網(wǎng)與配電網(wǎng)是電網(wǎng)多環(huán)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的有機組成部分,基于負荷-電源等值原則,將輸電網(wǎng)負荷點指標傳遞至配電網(wǎng)作為輸入?yún)?shù);綜合運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)可達性理論與Warshall算法,實現(xiàn)多環(huán)節(jié)系統(tǒng)可靠性高效、科學的評估。以IEEE RTS-79和RBTS-BUS6相結(jié)合的完整電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)作為算例,驗證了所提方法的實用性和可操作性,并得出實用化結(jié)論,為電網(wǎng)運行規(guī)劃人員提供快速有效的決策指導。 3)提出了基于微分傳遞的電網(wǎng)多環(huán)節(jié)系統(tǒng)可靠性靈敏度分析方法。首先建立可靠性指標函數(shù);在負荷-電源等值模型基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)復合函數(shù)求導法則進行微分傳遞,推導系統(tǒng)可靠性指標對輸電網(wǎng)/配電網(wǎng)設(shè)備可靠性參數(shù)的靈敏度計算解析式;以IEEERTS-79和改進的RBTS-BUS6相結(jié)合的完整電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)為算例驗證所提方法可有效探明系統(tǒng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),為制定和完善電網(wǎng)可靠性控制措施、科學決策電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案提供理論支持和意見指導。 本文研究工作得到“以多環(huán)節(jié)綜合互動為特征的智能電網(wǎng)綜合示范工程”國家支撐計劃(2013BAA01B02)的資助。
[Abstract]:According to the "unified classification management" principle, the grid system can be divided into the provincial power grid, power grid and the level distribution network transmission link. The reliability of multi link system is defined by the power supply to the load, after each transmission link transfer step by step, and ultimately to the power supply reliability indices. The reliability of grid multi link system can objectively and quantitatively evaluate. Dig the mechanism between the transmission network and distribution network, affect the reliability level of comprehensive quantitative transmission system and the reliability of the distribution network, the overall grasp of the overall power grid to achieve a safe, stable and reliable operation of the target. Therefore, the main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:
1) based on the traditional steady-state adequacy evaluation theory, this paper puts forward a new algorithm and computing technology to ensure and improve its calculation accuracy evaluation speed. On the loop as the basic unit of construction of the contingency set, and proposes the chimney sorting algorithm further reduce the invalid system status; the generator fault condition and scheduling problem is proposed the economic plan and ensure the proportion of the output range of the generator; correction measures model using optimal load reduction model based on AC power flow; based on the above theory, fully tap the current computer information processing technology research and development potential, the steady-state adequacy evaluation software system, and to IEEE RTS-79 for example to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
2) the reliability evaluation methods of power grid network equivalent multi link system is proposed. From the perspective of network structure, transmission network and distribution network is the organic part of the grid multi link system, based on the principle of equivalent power load, load point index transmission network transfer to the distribution network as input parameters; using Network Accessibility Theory and Warshall algorithm, realize multi link system reliability efficient, scientific assessment. A complete grid system by combining IEEE RTS-79 and RBTS-BUS6 as an example, the proposed method is practical and operability, and draw practical conclusions, provide fast and effective decision-making guidance for operation personnel planning grid.
3) method is proposed to analyze the differential transmission grid multi link system reliability based on the sensitivity of reliability index. The first function is established; based on the equivalent model of power load, based on the composite function derivation rule of differential transmission, derivation of system reliability index of transmission / distribution network equipment reliability parameter sensitivity analysis formula to calculate the complete power system; based on IEEERTS-79 and improved RBTS-BUS6 for example to verify the proposed method can effectively explore the weak links of the system and to develop and improve the reliability of power grid control measures to provide theoretical support and guidance of scientific decision-making power network planning.
