【摘要】:采用溶液法工藝,以氫氟酸、硼酸和碳酸鋰為原料,經(jīng)液相反應(yīng)、過(guò)濾分離、蒸發(fā)濃縮、結(jié)晶、分離、重結(jié)晶等工序,制備四氟硼酸鋰。探討各因素對(duì)產(chǎn)物純度的影響,得到較佳工藝條件:氫氟酸:硼酸:碳酸鋰=7.66∶1.85∶1、反應(yīng)溫度7.5℃、溶劑蒸發(fā)量70%、重結(jié)晶溫度15℃。此工藝條件下得到的產(chǎn)物通過(guò)紅外、XRD、差熱和沉淀法分析,四氟硼酸鋰純度為98.84%。
[Abstract]:Using hydrofluoric acid, boric acid and lithium carbonate as raw materials, the liquid phase reaction, filtration separation, evaporation, concentration, crystallization, separation and recrystallization were carried out by solution process. The effects of various factors on the purity of the product were studied.
