【摘要】:外界大氣環(huán)境中存在的廣泛灰塵,對(duì)光伏組件發(fā)電系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際運(yùn)行過(guò)程有很大影響。沉積在光伏組件玻璃表面上的灰塵會(huì)降低透光率,導(dǎo)致光伏組件接受陽(yáng)光輻照度低于清潔時(shí)候接受陽(yáng)光輻照度。隨著沉積濃度越大透過(guò)率就會(huì)越低,光伏組件接受陽(yáng)光收輻照度越低,從而嚴(yán)重的降低了光伏組件發(fā)電效率。減少或者清除光伏組件玻璃表面上沉積的灰塵,保持光伏組件表面清潔是很有必要的工作。本文以重慶理工大學(xué)光伏新能源應(yīng)用技術(shù)與設(shè)備研究所前期研究結(jié)果為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)原有的單塊光伏組件除塵裝置樣機(jī)優(yōu)化和改進(jìn),設(shè)計(jì)、制造及驗(yàn)證了一款針對(duì)于有兩塊光伏組件組成光伏陣列的自動(dòng)除塵裝置。首先,對(duì)光伏組件玻璃表面灰塵來(lái)源,吸附的原因進(jìn)行研究分析,確定了清除灰塵的方式。根據(jù)光伏組件安裝方式及除塵目的要求,確定設(shè)計(jì)總體方案。在原有除塵裝置樣機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)SolidWorksmotion模擬仿真,設(shè)計(jì)了一款通過(guò)螺旋滾刷清除光伏組件玻璃表面灰塵的機(jī)械裝置。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)方法確定除塵裝置滾刷刷毛與光伏組件玻璃表面合適的接觸量,通過(guò)研究分析了滾刷結(jié)構(gòu)、滾刷類(lèi)型、機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)及刷毛材料。根據(jù)除塵動(dòng)作及控制要求,設(shè)計(jì)了自動(dòng)控制部分、檢測(cè)部分、遠(yuǎn)程控制部分,通過(guò)比較分析,最終選擇了單片機(jī)作為自動(dòng)控制器,同時(shí)對(duì)單片機(jī)、傳感器等電氣元件進(jìn)行了選型。最后通過(guò)試驗(yàn)來(lái)驗(yàn)證除塵裝置除塵效果,數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明此樣機(jī)清理灰塵效果顯著,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,具有較好的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The extensive dust in the outside atmospheric environment has a great influence on the actual operation of photovoltaic module power generation system. The dust deposited on the photovoltaic module glass surface will reduce the transmittance. The higher the deposition concentration, the lower the transmittance, and the lower the photovoltaic module is. This seriously reduces the efficiency of photovoltaic module power generation. Reduce or remove dust deposited on the surface of photovoltaic module glass. It is necessary to keep the photovoltaic module surface clean. This paper is based on the previous research results of the Institute of photovoltaic New Energy Application Technology and equipment of Chongqing University of Technology. For the original single photovoltaic module dust removal device prototype optimization and improvement, design, manufacture and verification of a photovoltaic module for the photovoltaic array for the automatic dust removal device. First of all. The source of dust on the glass surface of photovoltaic module and the reason of adsorption were studied and analyzed, and the way of dust removal was determined, according to the installation mode of photovoltaic module and the requirements of dust removal purpose. The overall design scheme is determined. Based on the prototype of the original dedusting device, the simulation is carried out by SolidWorksmotion. A mechanical device was designed to remove the dust on the glass surface of photovoltaic module by spiral roller brush, and the proper contact amount between the brush hair and the glass surface of photovoltaic module was determined by the experimental method. According to the dust removal action and control requirements, the automatic control part, the detection part and the remote control part are designed. Finally, the singlechip is chosen as the automatic controller, and the electrical components such as single chip microcomputer and sensor are selected. Finally, the dust removal effect of the dust removal device is verified by experiments. The result of data analysis shows that the dust cleaning effect of this prototype is remarkable, the operation is stable, and it has good practical value.
