城南電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化分析與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:智能電網(wǎng)是電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),電力系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化是智能電網(wǎng)的核心,,調(diào)度自動(dòng)化作為電力系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容,能夠有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)電力調(diào)度,提供高質(zhì)量的電能,對(duì)于維護(hù)電力設(shè)備安全、穩(wěn)定、優(yōu)質(zhì)地運(yùn)行起著至關(guān)重要的作用。天津市城南電網(wǎng)是天津電網(wǎng)的重要組成部分,城南電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)于城南供電具有重要意義。 本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外調(diào)度現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)城南電網(wǎng)具體情況,對(duì)城南電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了運(yùn)行研究和分析: 首先,對(duì)城南電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,包括資產(chǎn)情況和運(yùn)行情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)城南電網(wǎng)有計(jì)劃停電任務(wù)重、故障多、人員缺乏等問題,根據(jù)城南電網(wǎng)特點(diǎn)本文分析了實(shí)施調(diào)度自動(dòng)化的必要性和預(yù)期可實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)。 其次,根據(jù)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化要求,給出了城南電網(wǎng)的調(diào)度化需求,包括在報(bào)表、“四遙”功能、圖形規(guī)范化要求、事故告警和處理故障以及AVC方面的功能需求,選取OPEN3000調(diào)度自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng),然后對(duì)OPEN3000進(jìn)行了分析,通過分析該系統(tǒng)能夠滿足要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)城南電網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化。 最后,根據(jù)城南電網(wǎng)特點(diǎn),對(duì)AVC進(jìn)行了分析,AVC作為OPEN3000的一個(gè)重要功能,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)閉環(huán)自動(dòng)控制電壓,優(yōu)化電壓曲線,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)電力調(diào)度自動(dòng)化具有重要意義。 通過上述研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)OPEN3000還有一些功能有待開發(fā)和研究,下一步工作將繼續(xù)研究新的功能。
[Abstract]:Smart grid is the development trend of power system. Power system automation is the core of smart grid. As an important part of power system automation, dispatching automation can effectively realize power dispatching. Providing high quality electric energy plays an important role in maintaining the safety, stability and high quality operation of power equipment. Tianjin Chengnan Power Grid is an important part of Tianjin Power Grid. The realization of dispatching automation in Chengnan power grid is of great significance to the power supply in the south of the city. In this paper, the present situation of dispatching at home and abroad is analyzed. According to the specific situation of Chengnan Power Grid, the operation research and analysis of the dispatching automation system of Chengnan Power Grid are carried out. First of all, the paper analyzes the current situation of Chengnan power network, including assets and operation situation, found that there are serious planned power outages, more failures, lack of personnel and other problems. According to the characteristics of Chengnan power network, this paper analyzes the necessity and expected goal of dispatching automation. Secondly, according to the requirements of dispatching automation, the dispatching requirements of Chengnan power network are given, including the requirements of report, "four remote" functions and the standardization of graphics. This paper selects the OPEN3000 dispatching automation system, and then analyzes the OPEN3000 based on the fault alarm, fault handling and the functional requirements of AVC. By analyzing that the system can meet the requirements, the automation of Chengnan power grid is realized. Finally, according to the characteristics of Chengnan power network, the AVC is analyzed as an important function of OPEN3000, which can realize the closed-loop automatic control voltage and optimize the voltage curve. It is of great significance to realize the automation of electric power dispatching. Through the above research, we find that there are still some functions to be developed and studied in OPEN3000, and we will continue to study the new functions in the next step.
