【摘要】:接觸器是一種量大面廣的重要控制電器。目前,國內(nèi)外所有交流接觸器都只具有頻繁接通與分?jǐn)嚯娐返墓δ?不具備短路分?jǐn)嗄芰。隨著智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)智能電器的性能與功能要求越來越高。眾所周知,低壓配電系統(tǒng)負(fù)載的控制與保護(hù)必須采用作為控制電器的交流接觸器和作為保護(hù)電器的低壓斷路器。為了適應(yīng)智能電網(wǎng)的要求,為此,本文提出基于新的交流接觸器物理模型、觸頭結(jié)構(gòu)與短路故障早期檢測技術(shù),綜合控制與保護(hù)功能的交流接觸器概念。其主要結(jié)合形態(tài)小波和電流斜率雙重判據(jù)的短路電流早期檢測模型和基于渦流斥力機(jī)構(gòu)的快速動(dòng)作模型,不僅可以在有效抑制低壓系統(tǒng)中噪聲干擾的前提下提取短路故障信號(hào)特征值,而且可以快速分?jǐn)喙收想娐?到達(dá)保護(hù)低壓系統(tǒng)的作用。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括:1.從研究意義與背景的角度介紹了電力系統(tǒng)中短路保護(hù)方式和意義,并闡述了低壓短路保護(hù)電器的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢、形態(tài)小波在電力系統(tǒng)故障信號(hào)中的應(yīng)用和渦流斥力機(jī)構(gòu)在快速動(dòng)作機(jī)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用等三方面的內(nèi)容。2.根據(jù)形態(tài)學(xué)濾波器、小波分析和電流斜率檢測等理論提出了基于形態(tài)小波和電流斜率雙重判據(jù)的短路電流早期檢測技術(shù),并通過早期檢測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證其算法的濾波效果和故障特征值提取的準(zhǔn)確性、快速性。3.根據(jù)渦流斥力原理提出基于渦流斥力機(jī)構(gòu)的高速機(jī)構(gòu)模型,結(jié)合ANSYS和ADAMS建立仿真模型,并通過軟件仿真、樣機(jī)測試驗(yàn)證其快速分?jǐn)嗵匦浴?.進(jìn)行交流接觸器短路分?jǐn)嗉夹g(shù)相關(guān)試驗(yàn)研究,主要包括短路電流早期檢測分?jǐn)嘣囼?yàn)和50kA短路電流分?jǐn)嘣囼?yàn)兩部分。仿真及試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,基于形態(tài)小波和電流斜率雙重判據(jù)的短路電流早期檢測模型不僅可以有效地抑制低壓配電系統(tǒng)中常見的噪聲,還可以有效地提取短路故障特征信號(hào),實(shí)現(xiàn)短路電流的早期檢測。帶有渦流斥力機(jī)構(gòu)的交流接觸器具有良好的快速分?jǐn)嗵匦?對(duì)低壓系統(tǒng)的短路檢測和分?jǐn)嗑哂泻芎玫难芯恳饬x和實(shí)用價(jià)值。制作的樣機(jī)在福建省產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)研究院通過了50kA的短路分?jǐn)嗄芰υ囼?yàn),從最后的試驗(yàn)波形來看,該樣機(jī)在短路電流很小時(shí)就可以分?jǐn)喽搪冯娏?因此采用該機(jī)構(gòu)及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法很有可能分?jǐn)?0kA甚至更高的短路電流。
[Abstract]:Contactor is an important control device with a wide range of quantities. At present, all AC contactors at home and abroad only have the function of frequently switching on and breaking circuit, and do not have the ability of short-circuit breaking. With the development of smart grid construction. It is well known that the performance and function of intelligent electrical appliances are becoming more and more demanding. The load control and protection of low voltage distribution system must adopt AC contactor as control appliance and low voltage circuit breaker as protective appliance. In order to meet the requirements of smart grid, it is necessary to use this method. Based on the new physical model of AC contactor, the contact structure and the early detection technology of short circuit fault are presented in this paper. The concept of AC contactor with integrated control and protection functions. It mainly combines the early detection model of short circuit current with morphological wavelet and current slope double criterion and the fast action model based on eddy current repulsion mechanism. It can not only extract the characteristic value of the short circuit fault signal, but also break the fault circuit quickly on the premise of effectively suppressing the noise interference in the low voltage system. The main research contents of this paper include: 1. From the point of view of research significance and background, the short circuit protection mode and significance in power system are introduced. The development status and trend of low voltage short circuit protective apparatus are also described. The application of morphological wavelet in fault signal of power system and the application of eddy current repulsion mechanism in fast action mechanism. 2. According to morphological filter. Based on the theory of wavelet analysis and current slope detection, a new short-circuit current early detection technique based on morphological wavelet and current slope is proposed. Through the design and test of the early detection system, the filtering effect of the algorithm and the accuracy of fault eigenvalue extraction are verified. 3. According to the principle of eddy current repulsion force, a high-speed mechanism model based on eddy current repulsion mechanism is proposed. Combined with ANSYS and ADAMS to establish the simulation model, and through software simulation, the prototype test to verify its fast breaking characteristics. 4. The AC contactor short-circuit breaking technology related experimental research. It includes two parts: early detection of short circuit current breaking test and 50 Ka short circuit current breaking test. The simulation and test data show that. The early detection model of short-circuit current based on morphological wavelet and current slope can not only effectively suppress the common noise in low-voltage distribution system, but also extract the characteristic signal of short-circuit fault effectively. Early detection of short circuit current. Ac contactor with eddy current repulsion mechanism has good fast breaking characteristics. It has good research significance and practical value for short circuit detection and breaking of low voltage system. The prototype has passed 50kA short circuit breaking capacity test in Fujian province product quality inspection and research institute. From the final test waveform, the prototype can break the short-circuit current at a very small short circuit current, so it is possible to break the short-circuit current of 80kA or higher by using the mechanism and the method of implementation.
