【摘要】:有關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)資料表明電力變壓器繞組是發(fā)生故障最多的部件之一,研究其監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷方法具有十分重要的實(shí)際意義。由于變壓器繞組松動(dòng)或變形等機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的改變,必然會(huì)導(dǎo)致變壓器器身的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)性能發(fā)生變化,因此通過(guò)研究變壓器的振動(dòng)特性來(lái)監(jiān)測(cè)和診斷繞組狀況與故障成為了一個(gè)行之有效的途徑。 本文旨在基于振動(dòng)分析法研究變壓器繞組狀態(tài)識(shí)別方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)變壓器繞組在線狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)。本文定義了多測(cè)點(diǎn)振動(dòng)特征矢量和矩陣,在此基礎(chǔ)上提取變壓器繞組振動(dòng)特征,研究基于特征矩陣相似度的變壓器繞組狀態(tài)識(shí)別方法,研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾點(diǎn): 1.基于變壓器振動(dòng)理論,研究變壓器繞組的基本振動(dòng)特性、變壓器振動(dòng)的傳播特性,進(jìn)而提取變壓器油箱壁振動(dòng)信號(hào)中變壓器繞組的振動(dòng)特征; 2.研究變壓器油箱表面繞組振動(dòng)敏感區(qū)域及振動(dòng)測(cè)點(diǎn)位置選取方法,針對(duì)500kV、220kV變壓器的測(cè)點(diǎn)選擇問(wèn)題,分別對(duì)各電壓等級(jí)的主變進(jìn)行振動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)與進(jìn)一步的數(shù)據(jù)分析,研究了變壓器油箱表面振動(dòng)不同測(cè)點(diǎn)的振動(dòng)特性,提出能反映繞組振動(dòng)特性的指標(biāo),由此給出變壓器繞組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)的測(cè)點(diǎn)位置選取方法; 3.研究變壓器整體振動(dòng)特性與各個(gè)測(cè)點(diǎn)之間的關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)研究基于特征矩陣相似度的變壓器狀態(tài)識(shí)別等分析診斷方法和和算法; 4.為利用油箱表面振動(dòng)對(duì)電力變壓器繞組進(jìn)行帶電監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷,以保證其安全、可靠運(yùn)行,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的電力變壓器遠(yuǎn)程故障診斷系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Statistics show that the power transformer winding is one of the most faulty parts , and it is very important to study its monitoring and diagnosis methods . Because of the change of mechanical structure parameters such as loosening or deformation of the transformer windings , the dynamic performance of the transformer body can be changed . Therefore , it is an effective way to monitor and diagnose the winding condition and fault by studying the vibration characteristics of the transformer . In this paper , the transformer winding state identification method is studied based on the vibration analysis method , and the on - line state monitoring of the transformer winding is realized . Based on the definition of the vibration characteristics of the transformer winding , the transformer winding state identification method based on the characteristic matrix similarity is studied . The research contents include the following points : 1 . Based on the transformer vibration theory , the fundamental vibration characteristics of the transformer windings and the propagation characteristics of the transformer vibration are studied , and then the vibration characteristics of the transformer windings in the vibration signals of the wall vibration signals of the transformer tank are extracted ; 2 . To study the vibration sensitive area and location selection method of vibration measurement points on the surface winding of transformer oil tank . According to the measurement point selection problem of 500kV and 220 kV transformers , the vibration monitoring and the further data analysis are carried out respectively on the main transformer of 500kV and 220 kV transformers . The vibration characteristics of different vibration measuring points on the surface of the transformer oil tank are studied , and the indexes reflecting the vibration characteristics of the windings can be reflected , and the measuring point position selection method for the transformer winding state monitoring is given . 3 . To study the relationship between the overall vibration characteristics of transformer and various measuring points , on the basis of which , the analysis and diagnosis methods and algorithms based on feature matrix similarity are studied . 4 . To carry out the live monitoring and diagnosis of the power transformer winding with the vibration of the tank surface , so as to ensure its safe and reliable operation , and realize a remote fault diagnosis system of the power transformer based on the Internet .
