【摘要】:采用商品化的磷酸鐵鋰(LiFePO_4)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和水性粘結(jié)劑LA132作為原料,制備LiFePO_4正極片,從極片粘附力、柔韌性及電化學(xué)性能等方面,研究NMP對采用水系粘結(jié)劑LA132制備的正極片性能的影響。當(dāng)w(NMP)≤3%時,正極片的粘附力從20 N/m增加到50 N/m,柔韌性從D10提高到D1;當(dāng)w(NMP)≤1%時,電池以1.0 C的電流在2.5~4.2 V循環(huán)300次,容量衰減小于8%,且不影響極片活性物質(zhì)的充放電比容量及充放電特性。
[Abstract]:LiFePO_4 positive electrode was prepared by commercial lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO _ 4), N-methylpyrrolidone (LA132) and water-borne binder (LA132). The effects of NMP on the properties of positive plates prepared with water system binder LA132 were studied from the aspects of adhesion, flexibility and electrochemical properties.
