【摘要】:為研究小型感應電動機溫升分布與其結構特性的數(shù)值關系,以一臺TEFC(Total enclosed fan-cooled)感應電動機為研究對象,根據(jù)流體力學和傳熱學基本理論,并結合感應電動機定子繞組散下線等結構特點,建立包含離心式風扇及接線盒等結構部件的三維流動與傳熱耦合數(shù)學模型及物理模型,采用有限體積元法,對其三維流體場及溫度場進行耦合計算,在利用試驗數(shù)據(jù)佐證本研究精準性的基礎上,詳細地闡明電動機內部溫升隨結構特性的敏感性,結果表明,機殼底腳上的橫向拉筋對電動機內部的溫升分布有著較大的影響,導致與其位置對應的定子繞組存在溫升二次升高的現(xiàn)象,同時,轉子上具有自力性的風扇對定子繞組端部表現(xiàn)出良好的散熱效果,以上結論為中小型電動機的機械結構優(yōu)化提供了一定參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the numerical relationship between the temperature rise distribution and the structural characteristics of small induction motors. A TEFC(Total enclosed fan-cooled induction motor is studied according to the basic theories of fluid mechanics and heat transfer. Combined with the characteristics of the stator winding of induction motor, the mathematical model and physical model of three-dimensional flow and heat transfer coupling including centrifugal fan and junction box are established, and the finite volume element method is used. On the basis of the experimental data to prove the accuracy of this study, the sensitivity of the internal temperature rise with the structure characteristics of the motor is explained in detail. The results show that the coupling calculation of the three-dimensional fluid field and the temperature field of the motor shows that the temperature rise of the motor is sensitive to the structural characteristics. The transverse tension on the bottom foot of the chassis has a great influence on the temperature rise distribution of the motor, which leads to the phenomenon of secondary rise in the stator winding corresponding to the position of the stator, and at the same time. The self-acting fan on the rotor has a good heat dissipation effect on the end of the stator winding. The above conclusion provides a certain reference for the optimization of the mechanical structure of the small and medium-sized motor.
