【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的行業(yè)正在逐步提高對電力系統(tǒng)供電的可靠性要求越來越高。在這種情況下,應(yīng)用于解決滿足供電系統(tǒng)持續(xù)供電需求的電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)開始逐漸普及,F(xiàn)有的技術(shù)條件下,電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)的應(yīng)用較為普遍,它可以精確檢測三相電壓,并對出現(xiàn)的電壓頻率異常做出準(zhǔn)確判斷。但針對醫(yī)院、機(jī)場和電訊等部門采用雙電源供電時(shí)一般不能達(dá)到使用要求。為了滿足它們對連續(xù)供電的要求,需要采用三路電源來進(jìn)行相互轉(zhuǎn)換,即主電源、第一備用電源、第二備用電源。本文在對三電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)進(jìn)行深入的研究后,設(shè)計(jì)了一套驅(qū)動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu),它通過使用一個(gè)電機(jī)對三路電源進(jìn)行單獨(dú)控制,并實(shí)現(xiàn)三路電源之間的機(jī)械連鎖,即同一時(shí)間有且僅有一路電源處于合閘狀態(tài),其它兩路電源處于分閘狀態(tài)。此外,在原有雙電源的基礎(chǔ)上,以PIC單片機(jī)為核心,設(shè)計(jì)了開關(guān)電源電路、電壓采集電路、頻率采集電路、角位移電路等主要硬件電路,并進(jìn)行了抗干擾處理。最后,對三電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān)的主要程序和功能界面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的三電源自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換開關(guān),具有執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)控制原理簡單的特點(diǎn),并且能夠準(zhǔn)確地檢測三路電源的電壓和頻率,具有簡單人機(jī)交互的功能,可以應(yīng)用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, more and more industries are gradually improving the reliability of power supply system. In this case. The application of automatic switching switch to meet the demand of power supply system is becoming more and more popular. Under the existing technical conditions, the application of automatic power switch is more common, it can accurately detect the three-phase voltage. In order to satisfy the requirement of continuous power supply, the power supply of hospital, airport and telecommunication department can not meet the requirements of the double power supply. Three power sources need to be used to convert each other, that is, the main power supply, the first reserve power supply, the second reserve power supply. After in-depth study of the three power supply automatic switching switch, a set of driving actuator is designed in this paper. It uses one motor to control the three-way power separately, and realizes the mechanical linkage between the three-way power supply, that is, there is only one power supply in the closing state at the same time. In addition, on the basis of the original dual power supply, the switching power supply circuit, voltage acquisition circuit and frequency acquisition circuit are designed based on PIC single chip microcomputer. Angle displacement circuit and other main hardware circuits, and anti-jamming treatment. Finally, the main program and functional interface of the three-power automatic switching switch are designed. It has the characteristics of simple actuator control principle and can accurately detect the voltage and frequency of the three-way power supply. It has the function of simple man-machine interaction and can be used in industrial field.
