【摘要】:設(shè)備監(jiān)理是保障設(shè)備質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié),為有針對性的實(shí)施輸變電工程設(shè)備安裝階段的監(jiān)理工作,結(jié)合1000kV特高壓交流輸變電工程監(jiān)理實(shí)踐,本文對1000kV變壓器安裝、鋼管塔組立階段的監(jiān)理管控措施、關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和基于移動(dòng)廠房的1100kV氣體絕緣組合電器開關(guān)設(shè)備(以下簡稱GIS)安裝技術(shù)以進(jìn)行了深入分析總結(jié),通過監(jiān)理實(shí)踐,提出了變壓器、GIS安裝監(jiān)理控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、控制要點(diǎn)及檢查方法,并根據(jù)特高壓安裝特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估和安全監(jiān)理總結(jié),開發(fā)了輸變電工程施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估軟件。對保障工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量,具有重大指導(dǎo)意義和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,也從根本上保證了監(jiān)理效果。論文的主要工作和成果如下:1.結(jié)合1000kV特高壓變壓器的安裝要求和特點(diǎn),優(yōu)化了變壓器安裝流程,總結(jié)了1000kV變壓器現(xiàn)場安裝關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)監(jiān)理控制措施,通過安裝監(jiān)理實(shí)踐,提出了變壓器安裝監(jiān)理控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、控制要點(diǎn)及檢查方法,確保了變壓器安裝質(zhì)量,為后續(xù)1000kV變壓器現(xiàn)場安裝提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2.研制了特高壓G1S現(xiàn)場安裝用移動(dòng)廠房,研究形成了基于移動(dòng)廠房的GIS安裝技術(shù),形成了以單梁吊車為骨架的移動(dòng)廠房結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案,密封、環(huán)境檢測及控制方案等研究成果,移動(dòng)廠房的應(yīng)用使GIS現(xiàn)場安裝克服外界環(huán)境對安裝過程的影響,確保GIS設(shè)備安裝條件,實(shí)現(xiàn)工廠化安裝,顯著改善工人作業(yè)環(huán)境、降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,通過安裝監(jiān)理實(shí)踐,提出了GIS安裝監(jiān)理控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、控制要點(diǎn)及檢查方法,確保了安裝質(zhì)量,提升工程監(jiān)理管理水平。應(yīng)用于浙北-福州1000千伏特高壓交流輸變電工程,效果良好,保障了工程工期。3.結(jié)合特高壓鋼管塔組立實(shí)際特點(diǎn),探索鋼管塔組立施工過程中監(jiān)理管控的方法和手段,提出了鋼管塔組立階段監(jiān)理管控關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)和重要管控措施。4.根據(jù)特高壓設(shè)備安裝特點(diǎn),提出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理建議,基于安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估理論,開發(fā)了輸變電施工安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了動(dòng)態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)自動(dòng)化評估計(jì)算,有利于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理文件的執(zhí)行,能有效提高施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的精細(xì)化水平和工作成效。為安全監(jiān)理工作提供了技術(shù)保障。通過安全監(jiān)理實(shí)踐,總結(jié)了特高壓設(shè)備安裝工程安全監(jiān)理要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Equipment supervision is an important link to guarantee the quality of equipment. In order to carry out the supervision work of installation stage of transmission and transformation project, combined with the supervision practice of 1000kV UHV AC transmission and transformation project. This paper deals with the supervision and control measures for the installation of 1000 kV transformers and the erection of steel pipe towers. The key links and the installation technology of 1100kV gas insulated combined electrical switchgear equipment (hereinafter referred to as GISs) based on mobile workshop are analyzed and summarized in depth. Through the supervision practice, the transformer is put forward. GIS installation supervision control standard, control points and inspection methods, and according to the characteristics of UHV installation, risk assessment and safety supervision summary. The construction safety risk assessment software of power transmission and transformation project has been developed, which is of great guiding significance and economic benefit to ensure the construction quality of the project. The main work and results of this paper are as follows: 1. Combined with the installation requirements and characteristics of 1000kV UHV transformer, the installation process of the transformer is optimized. This paper summarizes the supervision and control measures of the key links in the field installation of 1000kV transformers, and through the practice of installation supervision, puts forward the supervision control standards, control points and inspection methods for the installation of transformers. It ensures the installation quality of transformer and provides valuable experience for the field installation of 1000kV transformer. 2. The mobile factory building for the field installation of UHV G1S is developed. The GIS installation technology based on mobile workshop is formed, and the structure design scheme, sealing, environment detection and control scheme of mobile powerhouse based on single beam crane are formed. The application of mobile workshop makes GIS installation overcome the influence of external environment on the installation process, ensure the installation conditions of GIS equipment, realize factory installation, significantly improve the working environment of workers, and reduce the labor intensity. Through the practice of installation supervision, this paper puts forward the control standard, control points and inspection methods of GIS installation supervision, which ensures the installation quality. To improve the management level of project supervision. Applied to the 1000 kV UHV AC power transmission and transformation project in northern Zhejiang and Fuzhou, the effect is good, which ensures the construction period. 3. Combined with the practical characteristics of UHV steel pipe tower group. This paper probes into the methods and means of supervision and control in the process of steel pipe tower erection construction, and puts forward the key links and important control measures of supervision and control in the construction stage of steel pipe tower assembly. 4. According to the installation characteristics of ultra-high pressure equipment. Put forward the risk management suggestion, based on the safety risk assessment theory, developed the transmission and transformation power construction safety risk assessment software, realized the dynamic risk automatic evaluation calculation, is advantageous to the risk management document execution. It can effectively improve the fine level and work effect of construction risk management, and provide technical guarantee for safety supervision. Through the practice of safety supervision, the key points of safety supervision for installation of UHV equipment are summarized.
