【摘要】:低熱值煤粉發(fā)電在我國占有相當大的比重,但是低熱值煤粉往往很難實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定燃燒,因此出現(xiàn)了各種各樣的燃燒器以適應(yīng)低熱值煤粉。華中科技大學研制的開縫鈍體燃燒器是其中優(yōu)秀的代表,《國家能源局關(guān)于促進低熱值煤發(fā)電產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展的通知》要求低熱值煤發(fā)電項目應(yīng)以煤矸石、煤泥、洗中煤等低熱值煤為主要燃料,對低熱值煤粉提出了更高的要求,本文在開縫鈍體燃燒器的基礎(chǔ)上,進行修改,提高其穩(wěn)燃性能。本文通過對開縫鈍體燃燒器的理論公式的分析,找出幾個影響穩(wěn)定燃燒的因素,針對這些影響因素,對開縫鈍體進行結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,并對這些修改后的模型進行理論分析,理論分析的結(jié)果與開縫鈍體結(jié)果對比,表明修改后,穩(wěn)燃性能能夠得到提升,并得出結(jié)論。對各個模型進行數(shù)值模擬,通過增加入口風速,比較各個模型的吹熄極限,并與開縫鈍體進行對比。分析模型的熱力場,在這些修改模型中得到一個最優(yōu)的修改方案,同時和理論分析的結(jié)果對比,在理論論證和模擬分析上共同驗證方案的合理性。
[Abstract]:Low calorific value pulverized coal power generation accounts for a large proportion in China, but low calorific value pulverized coal is often difficult to achieve stable combustion. Therefore, various burners have been produced to adapt to low calorific value pulverized coal. The burner developed by Huazhong University of Science and Technology is one of the best representatives, the "notice" on the national energy board to promote the healthy development of low calorific value coal power industry requirements of low calorific value coal power project in coal gangue, coal slime, coal washing and low calorific value coal as the main fuel of low calorific value, put forward higher requirements for the pulverized coal. Based on the modified slotted bluff body burner, and improve the combustion stability. This paper through the theoretical formula of the burner, and find out the factors affecting the stability of combustion, in view of these factors, the structure adjustment of the slitted bluff body, and the modified model of theoretical analysis, comparing the results of theoretical analysis and the results show that the modified slitted bluff body, and stable combustion performance can be improved, and draws a conclusion. Numerical simulation of each model, by increasing the entrance velocity, blow out limit comparison of each model, and compared with the slitted bluff body. The thermodynamic field of the model is analyzed, and an optimal modification plan is obtained in these modified models. At the same time, compared with the theoretical analysis results, the rationality of the scheme is verified by theoretical argumentation and simulation analysis.
