Abstract:

一次能源、環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟等元素的加入,使電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)在直接擔(dān)當(dāng)電氣源流供求關(guān)系載體的基礎(chǔ)上,又隱含承擔(dān)了間接傳輸一次能源流、環(huán)境信息流、經(jīng)濟信息流在內(nèi)的多種非電氣源流的角色。傳統(tǒng)電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析未涉及非電氣源流經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸后的分布狀態(tài)。為此,基于電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)源流路徑電氣剖分信息,沿有功潮流方向從發(fā)電源節(jié)點開始至負(fù)荷流節(jié)點終止,,依次對剖分電氣量所隱含承載的非電氣量進行解析,建立了節(jié)點和支路上非電氣量與電氣量的關(guān)系,并由此提出電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)復(fù)合源流狀態(tài)計算方法。作為復(fù)合源流狀態(tài)信息的可能應(yīng)用之一,設(shè)計了綜合考慮電氣和非電氣因素的輸電路徑責(zé)任評估方法。算例驗證了該方法的可行性。
