不同結(jié)構(gòu)有機(jī)光伏太陽能電池的比較研究

本論文從以下方面入手,探索提高有機(jī)太陽能電池有效性和可持續(xù)性的方法,即溶液處理的界面材料,活性層組分的改變,單結(jié)傳統(tǒng)和倒置結(jié)構(gòu)。本論文的主要內(nèi)容如下:陰極修飾層(CBL)的功函數(shù)極大地影響有機(jī)光伏器件,特別是Voc,并且可以通過修飾層和活性層之間的歐姆接觸來實(shí)現(xiàn)性能。Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe是陰極修飾層,可以由在室溫下簡(jiǎn)單地將可溶性Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe旋涂在光敏層上而不需要任何其他后處理來制備。該方法簡(jiǎn)單和容易,Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe插入Al 陽極和活性層之間,作為有機(jī)BHJ太陽能電池的陽極修飾層。當(dāng)用Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的Ca/Al作為有機(jī)太陽能電池中的負(fù)極時(shí),可以顯著提高短路電流,并且同時(shí)減小串聯(lián)電阻。當(dāng)Hf(acac)4和Ta-OMe陰極用于具有P3HT:PCBM作為光活性層的SC中時(shí),在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)照射條件(AM 1.5G,100mW/cm 2)下測(cè)量的光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率(PCE)為3.89%,這顯著高于在相同條件下使用Ca/Al陰極的太陽能電池的PCE超過2.04%。有機(jī)光伏太陽能電池屬于光活性材料的光吸收,另外還取決于相對(duì)于活性層的布置的...
