Analytical Modeling of Distributed Energy Sources for Microg

本論文的目的是設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)基于可再生能源技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的微電網(wǎng),如光伏(PV)模塊,基于雙饋感應(yīng)發(fā)電機(jī)(DFIG)的風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)和儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)。本項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的模型是基于兩個(gè)不同的類別;Simulink模型基于物理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)方程和simscap模型建模,這些模型使用物理模型的電子建模,通過其等效組件表示每個(gè)元素。本文基于光電模塊的光電模型,如光電流,二極管的飽和電流,二極管的反向飽和電流,分流電阻電流,光伏模塊的輸出電流等,對(duì)光伏模塊進(jìn)行了平滑建模;赟imulink中設(shè)計(jì)的模型描述了電流-電壓(I-V)和電源-電壓(P-V)特性曲線。光伏模塊的重要方面已經(jīng)凸顯出來,即溫度(T)和輻照度(G)的變化正在影響光伏發(fā)電機(jī)特性的性能,因此實(shí)現(xiàn)跟蹤最大功率點(diǎn)器件的必要性是不可避免的。論文三個(gè)最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤算法,基于它們的性能,可靠性,系統(tǒng)的靈活性以及它們在快速變化的環(huán)境中適應(yīng)的能力來追蹤光伏模塊的最大功率;這些方法是增量傳導(dǎo),擾動(dòng)和觀測以及開路電壓。光伏模塊和DC-DC降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器模塊是在光伏模塊物理建模的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)的。采用DC-DC降壓轉(zhuǎn)換器作為MPPT和負(fù)載側(cè)的接口,通過使用Matlab軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)完整的系統(tǒng)(...
