[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy and the remarkable improvement of industrialization level, the environmental pollution caused by energy consumption is becoming more and more serious. The destruction of atmospheric soot, acid rain, Greenhouse Effect and ozone layer has become the four major killers that endanger the survival of people, among which soot, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other harmful substances are the main causes of air pollution, acid rain and Greenhouse Effect. In China, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and other harmful substances are mainly produced by coal-fired process, about 2 / 3 of the electricity production comes from coal-fired thermal power plants. With the effective control of sulfur dioxide and the maturity of denitrification technology in coal-fired power plants, the treatment of nitrogen oxides (NO_X, including N _ 2O, no _ 2, N _ 2O _ 3 and N_2O_5, etc.) has become one of the focuses of attention. The country has also improved from a single goal of total pollutant control to a dual goal of environmental quality improvement and total pollutant control. Under this background, large capacity and high parameter units with high thermal efficiency are widely used in new thermal power plants, the latest energy saving equipment is selected, and complete dedusting, desulphurization and denitrification devices are equipped. Has operated the unit, carries on the ignition device, the dust removal equipment, the economizer, the condenser, the turbine regulating door control and so on upgrade transformation, installs the desulphurization and denitrification device and so on. This paper takes # 6 unit of the third phase project of Dalat Power Plant as the research object, briefly analyzes the research background and significance of the subject, combined with the research and development trend of the related topics at home and abroad, and according to the basic parameters and operation status of the # 6 unit boiler of the third phase project of Darat Power Plant, puts forward a comprehensive denitrification transformation method combining low nitrogen combustion with SCR flue gas denitrification technology. Through the feasibility study and demonstration of comprehensive denitrification transformation, the installation, debugging and performance analysis of denitrification project are carried out. Finally, through the modification of low nitrogen burners and the addition of a set of high ash selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification unit, the NO_X emission concentration at the outlet of air preheater (inlet of boiler denitrification unit) is controlled within 100mg/Nm~3 by the original 450~850mg/Nm~3, and the expected nitrogen oxide control goal is achieved.
