【摘要】：在電力電子化背景下,從功能角度定義了柔性配電網(wǎng)(flexible distribution network,FDN),并提出了FDN的典型組網(wǎng)形態(tài)及其運(yùn)行方式。首先,介紹了FDN的概念及其關(guān)鍵組網(wǎng)設(shè)施——柔性開閉站(flexible switching station,FSS)。其次,探討了FDN的組網(wǎng)形態(tài)問題,提出了從現(xiàn)有配電網(wǎng)過渡發(fā)展到FDN的思路,并就我國現(xiàn)有的典型架空網(wǎng)、電纜網(wǎng)接線模型,提出了針對性的FDN組網(wǎng)形態(tài)。再次,討論了FDN在正常運(yùn)行和N-1故障以及檢修情況下的運(yùn)行方式,并提出了FDN的N-1安全分析方法。最后,通過算例對FDN進(jìn)行了正常運(yùn)行和N-1下的定量分析計(jì)算;與傳統(tǒng)配電網(wǎng)對比發(fā)現(xiàn),FDN的組網(wǎng)形態(tài)更簡潔靈活,能更好地均衡負(fù)載、能夠有效提高系統(tǒng)安全性與供電能力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of power electronics, the flexible distribution network (flexible distribution network,FDN is defined from the functional point of view, and the typical networking form and operation mode of FDN are put forward. Firstly, the concept of FDN and its key networking facility, flexible open and closed station (flexible switching station,FSS, are introduced. Secondly, this paper discusses the networking form of FDN, puts forward the idea of developing from the existing distribution network to FDN, and puts forward the targeted FDN networking pattern according to the existing typical overhead network and cable network connection model in our country.
