基于虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)的變電檢修綜合布控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著變電站綜合大檢修和狀態(tài)檢修的不斷深入,變電站臨停臨檢所做的班前會(huì)已經(jīng)滿足不了多班組、多專(zhuān)業(yè)協(xié)同工作的要求。本文研究將三維建模技術(shù)、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)、遠(yuǎn)程視頻采集技術(shù)、UWB無(wú)限脈沖定位技術(shù)相結(jié)合,研發(fā)基于虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)的變電檢修綜合布控系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了變電檢修前的布控模擬功能,方便檢修人員在虛擬變電站中進(jìn)行多專(zhuān)業(yè)、多班組的協(xié)同桌面推演;同時(shí)與具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能的變電檢修智能單兵作業(yè)裝置集成,并以該裝置為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)信息采集手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)檢修過(guò)程的遠(yuǎn)程管控,包括遠(yuǎn)程安全監(jiān)督和遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)支援;檢修完成后,管理人員可以借助本系統(tǒng)回放檢修過(guò)程,對(duì)檢修過(guò)程進(jìn)行研討和分析,優(yōu)化提升檢修方案,為下次檢修提供經(jīng)驗(yàn);此外,本系統(tǒng)還專(zhuān)門(mén)為初級(jí)員工提供專(zhuān)業(yè)的變電檢修培訓(xùn)功能,讓員工快速掌握變電檢修布控技能。技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)上本系統(tǒng)按照1:1比例建立高仿真變電檢修場(chǎng)景,通過(guò)基于多人協(xié)同的分布式虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)布控在三維場(chǎng)景中標(biāo)注工作區(qū)域及危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)檢修前的三維布控模擬;通過(guò)坐標(biāo)匹配與TDOA相結(jié)合的測(cè)量技術(shù)將三維場(chǎng)景與現(xiàn)實(shí)人員定位相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員位置預(yù)警;同時(shí)通過(guò)視頻采集安全帽收集現(xiàn)場(chǎng)音視頻信息,與指揮中心進(jìn)行視頻語(yǔ)音交流,實(shí)現(xiàn)變電檢修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的突發(fā)情況的遠(yuǎn)程問(wèn)診。本系統(tǒng)通過(guò)三維仿真平臺(tái)進(jìn)行展示,采用離線語(yǔ)音合成,將危險(xiǎn)信息通過(guò)語(yǔ)音的形式進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)警,達(dá)到定位精確、控制方便、展示生動(dòng)、預(yù)警提示全面的目的。本系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用能夠提高布控效率,降低檢修現(xiàn)場(chǎng)事故發(fā)生率,大幅度提高檢修工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of substation comprehensive overhaul and condition maintenance, the pre-shift meeting of substation temporary inspection can not meet the requirements of multi-team and multi-professional cooperative work. In this paper, 3D modeling technology, virtual reality technology, remote video capture technology and UWB infinite pulse positioning technology are combined to develop a comprehensive distribution and control system of substation maintenance based on virtual reality. The system realizes the simulation function of distribution and control before substation maintenance, which facilitates the maintenance personnel to carry on the cooperative desktop deduction of multi-specialty and multi-team in virtual substation, and integrates with the intelligent single military operation device of substation maintenance with network function, and takes this device as the field information collection means to realize the remote control of maintenance process, including remote security supervision and remote technical support. After the maintenance is completed, the management can use the system to play back the maintenance process, discuss and analyze the maintenance process, optimize the maintenance scheme, and provide experience for the next maintenance. In addition, the system also provides the junior staff with the professional substation maintenance training function, so that the staff can quickly master the substation maintenance layout and control skills. The technical realization of the system is to establish a high simulation substation maintenance scene according to the 1:1 ratio, and to realize the 3D distribution and control simulation before maintenance by marking the working area and dangerous points in the 3D scene by distributed virtual reality distribution and control based on multi-person coordination, and to realize the field personnel position early warning by combining the 3D scene with the realistic personnel positioning through the measurement technology of coordinate matching and TDOA. At the same time, the audio and video information is collected through the video capture helmet, and the video voice communication is carried out with the command center to realize the remote consultation of the emergency situation on the spot of substation maintenance. The system is displayed through three-dimensional simulation platform, adopts off-line speech synthesis, and carries on the field early warning of dangerous information in the form of voice, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate positioning, convenient control, vivid display and comprehensive early warning prompt. The application of this system can improve the efficiency of distribution and control, reduce the incidence of on-site accidents, and greatly improve the efficiency of maintenance.
